I went to this restaurant to get a gluten free hoagie due to my food allergy. I requested they get fresh ingredients from the back given that the crumbs visible in the ingredients will make me sick for days and have permanent impacts on my health. Staff initially rolled their eyes when I requested a gluten free roll and then refused to get fresh ingredients from the back to avoid cross contact. Of note the restaurant was not close to closing and there were no other customers in the restaurant.If you have Celiac, save yourself the trip because you won’t be able to eat here safely.Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating

Placed an online order 30 minutes before my lunch break started. It’s now 35 minutes later and 10 minutes past my order pick up time. They are taking every in person customer ahead of my order and haven’t even started my order. What a joke of a location.Edit: it’s now been 50 minutes and more order isn’t done.

I paid for extra meat and cheese on my cheese steak and I received my sandwich as dried as it could come no extra of any thing I paid for my order came with no napkins,it was total waste of money and time and this is not the first time I wasn't satisfied with them

First time going into a Jersey Mike’s for a gluten allergy. The staff were very informative and knowledgeable and took the matter seriously. Also it was a relief being able to see them make the subs without any cross contamination. The subs were delicious and will be returning to this location again.
