I just happened to be in the area and decided to get a couple sandwiches at a jimmy John’s and I wish I never walked in the door. I told the ole’ boy at the counter that I have never been to a jimmy johns before. Him and his assistant immediately started acting weird as if they knew something I didn’t know. I started placing an order and he started telling me about oil and mayo. I’m 74 years old I don’t know anything about his freaky fast philosophy with no custom orders. He didn’t hesitate one second to let me know he didn’t like some customers.
I bought 2 of the 16 inch subs ,left them a 15 % tip, but after thinking about it I wouldn’t leave them anything. The baked every day roll is not good, very expensive and his training was not good either. Still just a hot dog stand.

The guy that worked there at this Jimmy’s sub shop said he was a professional sub maker. When i asked a question. But i had to remind him twice about putting extra cheese on my sub . And to top it all off he put the wrong cheese on my so called Capicola. sub and he said he had no sweet peppers. Also I needed a magnifying glass to see the meat on it. SMH

Outstanding service and genuine appreciation for their customers!

Our office was truly touched by the kindness shown by Jimmy John’s. Sherry went out of her way to bring lunch to our whole office as a thank-you to one of our employees who faithfully purchases lunch from them almost daily. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about how much they value their customers.

Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the people behind the scenes clearly care about building real relationships in the community. This gesture didn’t go unnoticed and made our entire office feel appreciated.

The kid with the long hair and beard who DOESNT WEAR A HAIR NET OR BEARD NET is horrible and needs to be fired. I’ve been here multiple times and gave him the benefit of the doubt last time but he has horrible customer service and literally as I am waiting for my DoorDash order, which is already 15 min late, a lady comes back in complaining that there’s a hair in her sandwich and gets refund. Then this kid proceeds to argue with his coworker whose hair it was… as I’m waiting for my sandwich. Then he proceeds to yell at me “what do you need” I tell him a DoorDash order and he tells me “well we are all out of chicken so” after paying for my sandwich… then the girl walks up with more chicken that she sliced and she proceeds to start making my sandwich. The girl was the only person in there with half a brain. I honestly don’t understand how the owner allows this kid to work in his establishment. Embarrassing to be honest.

I place an order for delivery tonight and even gave a decent tip for my driver. However, my food never arrived. Whoever I talked to start telling me about third party drivers. That's not my concern. I just wanted my food. I had to do a 12 hour shift, and I was very hungry. I'm very disappointed with Jimmy John's. In newark, delaware on churchill route across the street, from christiana hospital.I'm so disappointed. I DEMAND A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!

Ordered online a toasted sub and it was cold! It was 30 minutes to closing but the store is still open. If it is ordered toasted then that is the service to provide. It was an online order so already paid for. I wanted to go back inside but it was raining heavy and they was a homeless man in front of the store harassing me so I gave him my chips. This is unacceptable.

We go out of our way to visit this Jimmy John’s. The subs are always fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and often remember us when we arrive. The store is very clean and the restrooms are spotless.
