Ordered online a toasted sub and it was cold! It was 30 minutes to closing but the store is still open. If it is ordered toasted then that is the service to provide. It was an online order so already paid for. I wanted to go back inside but it was raining heavy and they was a homeless man in front of the store harassing me so I gave him my chips. This is unacceptable.

We go out of our way to visit this Jimmy John’s. The subs are always fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and often remember us when we arrive. The store is very clean and the restrooms are spotless.

Absolutely love the service. Everyone is always so nice!!!
Ordered through the app. It turns out that this store uses a third party for delivery. So you cannot use cash as a payment method. The order was canceled.

Every time I’ve gotten food from this location the staff is very much unprofessional. Frequently having conversations that are inappropriate around customers

The sassy African American guy that took my order and made my food should take a customer service training course or something. He was very rude and had a complete attitude for no reason. The place was empty mind you. The sub was very good, but probably won’t be back to this location. It’s always that one employee that ruins it smh!🤦🏾♀️

The food being bad doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. The staff was friendly, but the service attitude of the manager, Jimmy, left me speechless. While I was paying, he actually asked me why I bought so little. Since when do my choices need to be controlled?

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Spent $18 on a large sub that had MINIMUM filling; spent another $30 on 3 other subs. You might as well go to the grocery store, buy your own sandwich supplies then build your own at home. Fresh food, fresh bread with so much potential but TOTAL RIP OFF of an establishment. Got BS responses from all resources I reached out to because I felt so ripped off. If you want a large sub, you're better off going to Casapullas or Capriottis near by for a large sub; you'll at least get your money's worth. Don't waste your time or money here!

You're spending money for more bread than actual meat & toppings. Biggest waste of money I've spent in awhile on a take-out meal. I submitted a survey with my concerns since I felt that scammed. Clean establishment, nice staff... So it's quite unfortunate how the subs are made in general. You'll get more bang for your buck if you buy your own meat, cheese, bread and toppings from the grocery store & make it at home.

They must have forgotten the rest of the meat and cheese for my sandwich ... oh, that's okay because the roast beef is essentially inedible. $10 for a roll, mayonnaise, two slices of provolone and 3 slices of grizzly roast beef. Stay away!
