I love Kacey’s Kitchen! I have been a part of many community events and when I see the food truck I know it’s going to be a good time! Everything they make is delicious but my absolute, favorite thing to order is the pineapple ginger lemonade! It’s refreshing, the perfect ratio of pineapple and ginger, also just sweet enough to complement the fried plantain! If you see that purple truck it’s go time, don’t miss out and you won’t be disappointed!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help you if you have special requests! Now that I know I can buy the lemonade by the gallon I will be investing to keep my fridge stocked for the summer!

Some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. I’ve ordered from here a few times and was never disappointed. From the homemade tenders to the pulled pork sandwich everything is delicious. Wish I could give it 10 stars. And it’s a plus that the owner is so delightful. Awesome food truck.

I walked half a mile through the freezing cold and screaming children of Winterfest for Kacey’s delicious chicken and I would happily do it again. Definitely keeping an eye out for your truck from now on.

Kacey catered my daughter's graduation party and she did a great job! She pulled up in her food truck, cooked on the spot, and brought everything in and set it all up. Everyone raved over the food! The rotisserie chicken and the Mac n cheese were huge hits and the cupcakes were delicious!! Thanks so much Kacey for taking the burden off my shoulders!
