Very unsanitary, the workers had no mask on nor did they have any gloves on. The food was very dry, no sauce. And the fires were very salty and soggy would not recommend.

I stopped by this location last night to pick up some food when i drove up to thew window every employee that i could see where not wearing a mask or gloves they where not following COVID-19 protocols. at this time i am waiting for some one from there head office to call me back STAY away unless you want to get sick.

I want to thank Crystal from the bottom of my heart! My son has autism and has been earning a trip to kfc. Imagine my despair when I literally was at the drive thru window and realized I had forgotten my wallet. My Apple Pay wasn’t working either on my phones. I was bracing for a full on melt down if I had to tell my son he couldn’t get his earned favorite meal. Crystal read the situation and comped our meal. This sort of kindness is not seen regularly. Crystal absolutely made my day, week and maybe even year. This autism mom thanks you so much. It really made a huge difference to us!

Their employees have no manners what so ever. They do not belong working in a restaurant at all. The woman working the intercom at the drive thru was the rudest one of them all.

store hours say till 8, but closed drive-thru early with 10 cars in line and let everyone wait till got to intercom. be more professional

This fricken kfc is really something else. I mean the customer service and employee competence level is at a minimum. I turn in and order a big box, specifically say to the drive thru person I want two thighs and a drum and they said thats standard. Drove out a bit to check on the food and then guess what...I get two drums and thigh. I have to circle around and no sorry for wasting my time or getting an order wrong, then they also take the drum back. I mean at least you can do is let me keep it since this was an issue YOU caused...BUT, the food is amazing and I really do enjoy KFC, just that every time I'm here, if it's not an order wrong, something else is going wrong.

From the moment we drove up to order our food, the drive thru employee treated us horribly. Very impatient with us for trying to read the menu before ordering... there was NO ONE behind us... to acting like she couldn't hear what we were asking for. Asked us to pull up because one of our choices had to finish cooking, then ten minutes later my SO went to the door because our food was never brought out, yet they were standing next to the bag .. which we saw from our car for several minutes...and said "oh, I was just bringing this out to you. We then had to drive back around to ask for utensils, sauce and napkins and got an even larger dose of obnoxious attitude. THIS RESTAURANT WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. PS NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A MASK OR GLOVES ON!

Went there on my way home from work today. I have 6 people to feed so i got a 12 pc bucket. Only to get home and there were only 8 pcs of chicken in the bucket. I was beyond mad. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Wont go there again
