It was OK. An interesting concept, more "fun than food", so don't be misled. #1- IT IS NOT all you can eat, as advertised. It's 30.99 for the barbecue, another $5 to add the hot pot (didn't see that anywhere on the website). Snotty girl at the maitre'd stand took great pleasure in explaining that. #2- go to kpot school before you show up because the staff aren't going to help you figure out WTH you do with most of the items on the menu, like shrimp in shell and steak. #3- in my opinion, you are paying for the meat concept of cooking your own food. Personally, I can find other places to drop $31/pp.

Wonderful food. Wonderful service. The pork belly, ribeye , and shrimp were my favorites. The experience was interactive and entertaining. I didn't take a single picture because we were all totally engaged. What an awesome dinner!

First of all, it was very difficult to understand the menu. For first-time visitors, it was very confusing how to order, and the ingredients were so meaty and oily that I could barely eat it. There was little air circulation indoors, so it was difficult to breathe, and you should never wear good clothes. Clothes smell bad and need to be washed. There is no music inside, but it is very noisy and conversation is impossible. The waiter's voice was so quiet that I couldn't hear what he was saying, and his expressionless attitude made him seem annoyed when I asked him about the complicated menu. The food tastes bad, the ingredients, environment, and service are terrible. What's worse is that the prices are very expensive. Absolutely not recommended

Our waitress was amazing and friendly. Strawberry blonde hair. Food was good and fresh. The busboy is horrid. Slams and throws plates into the bins while diners are right next to his cart. Common sense, if nobody is eating on other side of the table, clean the booth from the next aisle. Also, do not spray your cleaning products into the air so people who are eating taste and smell it. This is restaurant 101. Educate your staff.

Went for lunch. Couldn’t be happier. I love how they give regular size portions so u can try a little of everything. Service was fantastic, thank u Taj you are so professional and kind. We were always checked on and 20 pp for AYCE bbq lunch is fantastic. Music wasn’t blasting and I love how I could order off a tablet!

My friend and I got hungry after my journey for the day, so I decided to go get some food. I haven't been back to a hot pot since I was in Florida. I was shocked to see that everything you get you order on a tablet except for salad and sauce. We are taken care of by our server, Cliff, who was very attentive, helped us understand how hot pots worked, and defined the foods. We definitely will be back for more. Thank you so much!

Insisted on charging our party of 8 dinner prices while we received lunch menu. Additionally, they moved half of our party to another table because burner wouldn’t work, had to cook our food on original table. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!
