Amazing experience at Kunfu Hotpot! The ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavorful, and the variety of options made the meal so enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the free unlimited soda and water were a great bonus. Perfect spot for a cozy and delicious hotpot gathering.

So it was Chinese new year for my family
I paid $396 for the 16 dishes for the new year food banquet
It’s take out
The hostess girl told me will be ready for 15 min and later 20 min she said
And she ignore me later
NEVER care

I’ve got there 5:30 pm
Got my food at 8:30 pm
waited 3 hours for the food
The food is cold and been sitting at the tables
All I get is a tiny Apology

I only speak English and I’m American born Taiwan
My wife side is Chinese.
This restaurant only take care of there own kind
Watching what they do
They just walk pass by you
I know what’s there ways
No American culture no respect 🫡

As a American 🇺🇸 born citizen
I rather go to Texas Roadhouse
Have hot meals with respectful people
Don’t ever go to this place
They only hire people who only speak their language.
This is discrimination.

The decor and atmosphere is updated and beautiful. However, they are constantly running out of staple foods like rice and ramen. The meat and vegetables are good quality. Not many sauce selections. The Asian staff will harass you for tips at check out (even though everything is ordered through ipads) and roll their eyes at you. However when I ask the Hispanic bussing staff for help they are always kind, not sure what’s going on here 😭 still better than KPOT, but not by much.

Been going to this place for years for
hotpot. Tried their kbbq this time and it didnt disappoint. Choices of meat is good (we got the premium option (sorry forgot the right term) tho) and they do bring out your additional order fast. They also change your grill pan constantly (which I personally like).

The food at the bar was stale and smelly, and the fruit was dried and looked like it had been there for days…🤮

No service… and the food is terrible.

This place is alright, the customer service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they're nice, some times rude or dismissive. Food is good, not a huge variety. The last 2 times I've been here there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Last month I went, I told an employee about it and nothing was done about it. Then today I told an employee about it again, and he seemed unbothered, as if it's not a literal health concern. Both times it was just the empty bottle of soap laying on the bathroom counter. I wish I took a picture. It was gross. It's very unsanitary for a RESTAURANT to not have hand soap. Utterly disgusting. I do not enjoy coming here. Usually I don't review places or say anything but THIS had to be said. Do your job.

Went today for the first time, food was amazing and was definitely fresh seafood, I did order the spicy baby squid and the baby shrimp and they never brought it out. But besides that it was amazing. I would definitely come back again.

Showed up at 8:00 to eat dinner and they told my family no more customers for the night. The sign on their door says no new customers after 8:30 and they close at 9:30. Will not return to try. K pot is in the area. Recommend you go there.

Was quiet because it's Monday so I wasn't too bothered about it. The food was great as usual but the server/guy at the front counter today was pretty rude and cold for no reason. I understand disliking your job but that isn't my fault.

It's worth your time and value for money. Really looks well maintained. It's reasonably priced. 2 tier of price 26.99 and $30 and plusb5 if you want more access to seafood. The drinks are included. It's a really good place

We enjoyed dining here. Management, however, should exercise food allergy awareness in laying out the condiments. If someone in your party has a peanut allergy, do not use the soy sauce from the container that’s placed right next to the peanut sauce. We witnessed cross contamination last year where peanut sauce literally dripped into the soy sauce while a diner was scooping it. On our way out, I politely suggested to the owner to move the peanut sauce to a different section or perhaps store it in squeeze bottles. Based on a recent review, no safety precautions have been implemented.

1. I recommend they change the lighting to WARM lighting, yellowish, so it looks cozy, they have white / cool lighting which makes it look a little bit like hospital/office.
2. Very great price and food, salmon was fresh and tasty, better than I expected, very nice VER NICE DUCK BLOOOD SO GOOODD
3. Wide choice for the price, very affordable
4. I wish they have water cress
5. There were a weird smell with the fried dough sticks, I wish they would monitor this issue more
6. Other materials were fresh and fine, it was just the fried dough sticks that had some weird smell/taste
7. I wish they had white vinegar, also the sugar can is really hard to use, I wish they would change a container for the salt and sugar, it makes it hard to pour a large amount and very slow
These are some of my suggestions to make this place even better, very nice. Hope you get better??
