I came in today and the drink I got was not very good , I wanted a new drink bc I’m paying for it to enjoy it not throw it away and I tried to reason with the worker because she was new, nothing against her! She’s doing great but oh my! The manager or whatever she is, had a nasty attitude. Also my boba balls were super hard?I don’t think they’re supposed to be like that. Also the manager just very lazy and was really rude!!

The managers here is the most annoying, lazy people. I come 3x a week or so on average and everytime they want to pick or deny how i want something my way. No ice on the side allowed. No extra sweet allowed. No orders past 8:30. Dara/Daya (forgive me) needs to be the manager, Not the negative and rude managers currently.
