I wish that I could rate this place lower. They make the Department of Motorvehicles look like a group of highly trained, incredibly motivated personnel that perform their tasks with superior efficiency. This place needs a complete overhaul when it comes to customer service. It seemed to lack leadership and direction, as most of the staff seemed more engaged with each other rather than the customers that they should be there to assist. I will not be returning.

I booked a teen all access party for my son. When arrived I was told that the kids had unlimited access to all activities. Food was supposed to be served at 6:30pm. The hostess came and alerted me that they didn't know they were hosting a party and none of the food was ready. It took 30 minutes just to get the tray of sliders then the rest of the food slowly came out closer to 7:30pm. I'm really not sure why it took an hour to get pizza, chicken nuggets, & fries. Because the kids were still hungry I asked for another pizza. The manager took me aside and made me pay for the pizza before they would even make it and acted all cocky like he was doing me a favor. At 7:30pm they shut down my 2 bowling lanes and proceed to clean up. They threw away all the cups so my kids couldn't refill their sodas which was apart of the birthday package. I paid for VR but never even saw a VR so I don't think my kids ever got to use the VR. I want to be very clear it was not busy there was just as many employees as there were customers. I spent almost $400 and felt it was a total waste. Don't bother there are better places to throw a birthday party.

Entered main event tonight and got passes for bowling and other activities. While waiting for a bowling lane to open we ordered 2 milkshakes and were told to wait 10minutes. 20 minutes go by and still no milkshake, nobody at the counter helping any customers waiting to order. After 30! minutes, and asking 3-4 times where the milkshakes were at they finally came out and tasted horrible. Waste of money. On top of that I spent $30 on credits, only to have multiple games take my credits and not operate correctly or some not operate at all. Terrible experience considering how much stuff was there.

This is like a better Dave and busters so I’ll give them that. But what they struggle with is operations. More than one game took my credits and didn’t even start. Another one I swiped twice for me and my nephew to play together and the other gun wasn’t working. Cherry on top is that I waited really long for a beer. The bar was understaffed. One guy with a full bar and people just hanging around not trying to help him. The prizes at the end were much better than Dave and busters. But price/quality I might just go to Dave and busters since it won’t be as busy and crowded.

Absolute Chaos! Waited over 15 minutes just to get water at La Bella. A lot of young teenagers and young adults standing around and running around at 10pm. I felt like I was at a daycare for kids. Maybe I should come when it is less hectic!

Very laid back and chill atmosphere. It wasn’t hectic or crowded when we went, so I was pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean and the staff members were courteous.

The atmosphere is definitely overwhelming but more importantly, a lot of the machines would just take your credit but not function making you loose your points. Lots of broken machines.

Shady business practices. Buy gift cards that expire 1 month later and wont honor them. Terrible customer service every time we go to this place. Likely wont be back. Chuck e cheese has better service…

What started as a great experience for my son's birthday soon turned to crap. He was the exact height required to go into laser tag and was registered for a time slot. When it was his turn he was putting on the gear and an older female employee came and dragged him and his cousin out of the laser tag area by their gear saying that they were too short. Soon after 3 employees came out and remeasured a height marker on the wall even though they had been measured at the one at the registration point. Even if they had been too short (which they weren't).. is that really the way to handle it? Grip a couple kids up by the vest and aggressively yank them out? The kids were finally allowed to go in for the final few minutes of laser tag. My husband went to the manager but we will never return after spending hundreds of dollars there over the years. This also happened 2 months ago but yes it bothered me that much to come back to write a review after I saw an ad for Main Event.

Decided to take my kids here… (first time). I decided to get us all the Game Passes. They give us these wristbands and then send us on our way. We walked off a bit confused when we say the games took cards. When we talked to the young lady that works there. She apologized stating “the guy should have explained to us what the wristbands included. She then gave us 2 free game cards with 100 tokens a piece on them. AWESOMESAUCE!!!!! So we finally get to the games and every other game was broken. I can say the ones that worked were definitely fun. The pizza slices were great, but when we ordered a whole pie half the pizza was missing cheese 🤦🏽‍♀️. The Laser tag was fun with the kids and I think bowling would’ve been too if our lane wasn’t broken. The other lanes were having a great time. Just don’t go to lane 4…. It doesn’t work. Other than that my kids had the time of their lives and That was the main reason to try this spot out. We’ll definitely be back.

Pricey, but it’s actually a lot of fun. They offer so much to do: bowling, ropes course, arcade games, billiards, laser tag, food & drinks. In the end…. maybe the price is worth it?

Great idea of a place, but your staff need better people skills as they are extremely rude and act like they hate their job (especially the main desk)
The front desk acted very bothered to end their conversation to help my children.
Out of all staff, the front desk should greet you with a smile, that wasn't the case at all. Very rude and bothered

Took my daughter and I'm not exaggerating when I say this that half of the machines that we tried just took our credits without any game play. Some of the ones we tried also were so abused that they did not function properly. Went for bowling as well but there was a three hour wait time. Employees seem checked out. Likely won't be coming back to this establishment.
