Very good place to visit with family & kids. There are lots of things to do. Video games, bowling, my toddler loved it. Check their website for special offers campaigns. Very neat & clean. Must visit.

This place is overpriced for the quality. Half the games weren't working but still took your credits. what a rip off, the poor lady at the game counter was probably tired of seeing myself and the people I was with asking for our credits back. I imagine how much money they make off of younger kids who don't realize what's happening or don't know better to speak up. One of the games had 42 credits, likely because of people swiping on the one side but the gun not working!!!

Honestly, a waste of time and money. It was my first time going. It was over crowded, half the arcade games don’t even function properly or let alone work. It would take your credits, but not let you play. Or it will let you play but won’t work properly because there’s damage to the machine. I had asked for a refund because spending 41$ for 200 something credits just to not even be able to use them was ridiculous! They said they could put the credits back on the main event card and we could come back but I don’t intend to come back. Vince’s sports center is better if you want actual arcade games in my opinion. If you want laser tag and stuff like that then yeah, maybe it would be worth it to go to main event. But other than that, main event is over hyped for no reason. Waste of time.

Not clean. Bathroom no papertowels and dirty. No wipes to clean off virtual games. Trash cans full, running over on the floor. They need maintenance people to clean while families are there.

I've been a few times and everytime I go, more and more arcade games are broken and the amount of spills and screaming and swearing kids just makes it a waste of time. Fun but hopefully you go when the bowling lanes aren't packed and the games actually work. Attendants are nice but don't seem to care really.
I went here for about an hour and 30 minutes. Right when I get there the employees don’t even put on a smile while we’re getting our credits for games. Almost every single game we swiped our card into wouldn’t work. Then, when we went into laser tag the girl running it wasn’t paying attention to anyone, on her phone the whole time, and had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you wanna waste your money.

I use to love this place it was a great place to play games and have fun. This is where I met my husband and it was a special place to us. Unfortunately last time I came here all the games were broken and the bowling lane bowls kept getting stuck and the pins were fall before I could bowl. I asked to get points reimbursed and she took the card and did nothing and then gave it back. We said whatever and we started to bowl and the girls next to us had no etiquette and were sitting on our side and in our lane. The balls got stuck and we had to wait forever to get them fixed and wasted our time. Went to the front to ask for any type of refund and all the mangers did was throw free bowling and game passes at us but all we really wanted was our 100 dollars back. Really shows how the company does not care about you and your experience and just wants your money. Wasted time and money and really disappointed in the mangers for not helping. Thinking that giving free things would help but felt like we were getting pushed off and not helped. Don’t recommend if you want your money to be wasted and have a terrible experience.
