The drive thru wait was long so I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and was shocked to see a notification that it was “ready” almost immediately after I placed the order.. so I go inside to the counter and it was over 6 minutes (no exaggeration) before ANYONE even acknowledged I was standing there. I even made eye contact with multiple staff members and they still completely ignored me and another person who was waiting at the register to place an order. This location has become absolutely terrible and you have now lost a customer who ate there often. There are well over 100 other places to eat on or near Main Street so future customers please do yourself a favor and don’t even consider ordering from here !!!

Did mobile order they completely ignored it and acted as if I was a bother when I pointed it out. It had been sitting there for 15 minutes done. I had to make them redoing as it was cold. I didn't even get an apology. This location has gone downhill.

The lady in the drive-thru was very rude and pushy. We had 2 drive-thru codes and she only tried to take one. Then at the window she first said we gave her one code and when we went to show her the other code she said we gave her both. Overall she confused us and made our process longer than it needed to be and it was terrible.

We had an exemplary experience at this McDonald’s location. We were there for a celebratory occasion and as we all know, McDonalds food never disappoints. What elevated our experience was the warm and friendly atmosphere. We felt very welcome and that our visit truly mattered. Thank you , McDonalds!

Quick and easy. It's a McDonald's, pretty standard.
The employees here are top notch; not only am I greeted and recognized by the friendly staff in the drive thru, but tonight Sam and her team took excellent care of me after I placed a mobile order and my car broke down on my way to pick it up. Two hours and a few tears later, Sam and Hidro and the rest of their team treated me with kindness and hospitality, got me fed and on my way. These folks really make a difference, I am so grateful! Thanks, guys!
