I visited this McDonald’s in Newark, DE, and had a very frustrating experience. The cashier (or manager) assumed I spoke Spanish and addressed my husband in Spanish, even though he does not speak it. Being in the U.S., I expected English to be spoken, especially since my husband is an English speaker, and he definitely doesn’t look like the type of demographic that knows Spanish at all.

Additionally, I ordered through the app a cheeseburger but never received it until I went to ask. The staff member responded, “I thought it was a system error,” which was unprofessional.

Overall, the service was confusing, frustrating, and not what I expected from a McDonald’s in the U.S.

I would like it more if the prices were more reasonable like what they used to be. for example wnere the hell did the dollar menue go to?! the only thing there is a small soda for $1. can I get some small fries to go wit that shake ?!

Everytime I come to this McDonald’s everything is so backwards the drive thru voice they yell at you unless you speak Spanish then you go to the next window they immediately tell you to pull to the 3rd window! Then take forever to bring the food while others just drive off then your food comes you definitely gotta check if it’s cold or even cooked all the way! Either the manager is slow or they hire slow people because this hasn’t happened just once it’s almost everytime I come here hire new employees or change the training because something is wrong with this McDonald’s i don’t know if they are too busy talking or what but it shouldn’t be that hard to get food right ?

This location doesn’t back half of the deals I went to this location for 2 and a half years now all of a sudden they stopped honoring a lot of there the McDonald’s deals. So it says the deals are supported at this location.

If I could give a half star I would. Paid more for EXTRA crinkle cut pickles. Guess what I have? No damn pickles. Not one. Tried calling them a few times (their open 24 hours why aren’t you answering the phone at 2am ur open for a reason get a new job if you can’t handle it

Literally waited 15 to 20 minutes for food for door dash while the guy literally stacked bags upon bags on the cart. Unacceptable! Bring the food out as its done!! Loaded 2 carts instead of bringing them out as they were made! Not cool! Nobody should have to wait that long! Door dash or not!
