This place needs to update their computers. Constantly only cash system down. Half the time can't use the McDonald's app to place orders at this location.

The service is just bad. The employees don't even care. They didn't even care that the order was wrong. I'd suggest not going to this McDonald's at all.

Never have I been to a restaurant where they wouldn't give me what I paid for!? I ordered my food to-go and went to sit inside and wait. My order comes out and I double check it to make sure I have everything. Turns out I'm missing some things, so I wait for the employee to come back. I let them know what I'm missing and give them my receipt. She stares at my receipt for a good min, which I thought was weird because usually they just turn around and grab it cuz its already made. She was still looking at it, so I said that I could show her where it was at. She leaves and grabs another girl who says that I'd have to pay extra. I responded that I just wanted the items that I paid for and she repeats that it'll be extra. (We left, because we weren't going to argue over food that costs a few dollars, but clear as day same order I get at any McDonald's, clear receipt w/ the item, price, paid.) I was just passing through and I won't ever stop here again. Never had an absurd experience like this anywhere.

This is probably one of the worst fast food locations in the entire Wilmington/Newark, as in those areas I usually have great experience. A worker added literally 4 pieces of M&M when im paying 70 cents extra for a McFlurry. That level of disrespect or mockery should be enough to terminate the worker.

Everytime I come and order something for me and my fiance they the order up. This is my least favorite MDonald's to visit. I would rather travel further for better customer service

I went here on a late night run. Drive-thru attendant was a bit short, tone was ugh. The fries hot, the filet-o-fish was as I ordered... No tartar & substitute with Big Mac sauce. I ordered a new menu item, crispy strips... they were hot but were dark colored, not golden & tasted burnt. Must've been cooked in old oil & they didn't give me the sauce was supposed to come with it?? So those weren't ideal. I asked for light ice & of course... filed with way too much ice.

They closed randomly in the middle of the night even though they are 24/7. Parked one of their vehicles in the drive thru and closed up.
