Oreo McFlurry with a microscopic amount of oreos. The employees sounded dead and rude. I know that they skimp out the machine and don't mix the oreos but at lease give me a decent amount of oreos so I can mix it myself🤦🏻♀️

The employees were kind of rude. They didn’t give us our sausage and eggs we had to wait 10 minutes for all of that and it was for my grandma too and one time we even had to wait 30 minutes like what the heck what do you have to use the bathroom or and then cook???? why did we have to wait 30 minutes for our food? Usually it takes like five minutes. The bathroom had poop stains in it and one time there was even blood in our drink. There was hair in our food. And one time I even saw a cricket inside. Get the book for you like what the heck I would rather go to a Taco Bell in this piece of junk turn this into a Chick-fil-A or something.

Went to pick up dinner. When I got my order they had shorted me a fires. Went back around the drive to the drive through. The guy tried to argue with me. No one gave me a receipt. They finally gave me a fries. Then when I got home they didn't give me my chicken sandwich. I live close to the Maryland line. I will be going there even if I half to.oay the taxes. Angelia Kaess

I’ve been sitting in a parking spot after I went thru the drive thru for 20 minutes. I ordered a number one with no pickles. Like what the f are you guys doing. Get it together….. I’ve now received my order. No napkins, no ketchup for the fries, no straw. What a joke.

It's a little difficult to get here if you're leaving Newark since you have to make a U turn to get in. It's convenient enough though, but the drive through can get a bit busy.

I am a Uber eats driver was there this morning 12 to fifth 2024 at 9 AM to pick up an order Mexican lady running the front very disrespectful very unprofessional had me wait and was llying to me in front of other customers andnever gave me to order. I had to call Support on her she’s very very unprofessional and does not need to be in that place to do that job doesn’t know how to talk to customers, and I wasn’t the only one she needs to be demoted and why she thinks she’s smarter than the people that are independent contractors I will never know we make more than she does and we are not second class citizens to her she’s nobody’s boss. We don’t work for her. We work for Uber DoorDash, whoever

Went here today and after waiting 20 minutes I asked a worker about my order and they told me some guy came up to the counter and asked for my order. Then the worker kept asking me if I was sure I didn’t already come and get it. I informed them that I did not and that I have been waiting here for 20 minutes for it. I was then told I needed to show them my order with the address before they would do anything. I did and the employee seemed annoyed and went to try to put my order together. It was wrong, but I was not dealing with the incompetent staff any longer and just left. I should have known it would be a problem, as everyone in the building was complaining about how long their orders were taking. I would advise going to another location as this one always has issues.
