Big Mac made my son & I sick. No more Mickey D's for us. Isn't the 1st time. I had a quarter pounder with cheese that also made sick 3 weeks prior to this.

Always so crowded and the space is small, workers seem to be in a rush but they are nice, food was okay, looked like it was made in a rush but it’s called fast food for a reason but not like THAT fast but it was still good

I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee and got someone’s shift beer that they had poured into a plastic cup. I tried calling corporate. They didn’t respond. I even tried calling the store and when they asked me to bring it back and I said it was delivery I asked for the name of the manager and they hung up on me. I was served alcohol And will be reporting this wherever I can. This was from the restaurant as the bag was sealed

Ordered online waited in the parking lot 25 minutes for Luke warm food and missing food. Ordered a two cheeseburger meal just to have no cheeseburgers, ordered sauce with the food and got none and this is not the first time this has happened with this specific location

The manager Stacey is a Karen I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Used to be my go to but never again save yourself the headache. She is quick to want to call the cops if you call her out on wait time or things that are common sense.

Stanton McDonald's...The only reason I typically go to McDonalds is because they have an awesome App. The employees at Stanton McDonald's have always been nice. Service moves pretty quickly in their drive thru!

If I could give this McDonald's zero stars I would The staff is absolutely rude they forgot my condiments for a delivery order and when I called the manager got smart hung up on me and refused to give me his name. Horrible customer service.

Divine Apology

Depending on who's there, these are the most incompetent people ever. Mind you, I only buy coffee with a shot of espresso. If there's an issue with the app, forget getting any help unless one of the seasoned managers is there. When the espresso machine is always broken, nobody takes the time to mark it in the app as unavailable. Then, they look at you like a deer in the headlights when you ask to be refunded. I have also been told refunds are only available through the app, absolutely not true. I even had one of the untrained managers turn her back on me and start talking to staff about another issue. Do you not have the ability to problem solve? And do you think it's okay to ignore a customer because you don't know your job? I use apps everywhere else, starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Panera. I never have these issues. Simple training will improve the customer service experience. I tend not to write negative reviews, but after many poor experiences, I decided today was the day.
