Good evening Google Family and this was my first time visiting this location of Micky D's. I visited after I left the Walmart in Elkton, MD. Of course I am here to purchase Mom's fish sandwiches and the apple pies. I ordered on the kiosk and I received my order quickly from a nice associate. I will definitely return to this location when I leave the Walmart in Elkton. Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!!!

I had hyped up this McD’s as being the best in the area. Pulled up to it last night, after repeating my order clearly in drive thru I was told to pull up to the window to order because apparently they couldn’t understand me. At the window we were then ignored by at least four different staff members who let us sit there wondering what the heck was going on. Sad to say it but my favorite McD’s location is no longer this one. Clearly they joined the many fast food restaurants that just don’t care anymore

This review is for the Glasgow, DE location. For the past few visits for breakfast I've had pieces of egg shell in the egg on my sandwich. I rarely get the correct amount of sugar in my coffee. I've tried asking for sugar on the side, but that just seems to confuse some and I get none. The microphone on the Drive Through at the Glasgow location is horrible. I have to repeat 3+ times I want a #2 meal.
At multiple locations, I have found the prices charged using the mobile App are higher than ordering directly. I've tried this several times ordering the exact same items. When ordering on the App the cost was $3 more than when I ordered directly. After examining receipts I found the App charged $3 more when ordering 2 hash browns, than when ordering the same directly wirh an associate. This is definitely a flaw in the App....the question is....is it on purpose figuring no one really compares?
Waited 15 minutes because the systems went down there were over 5-6 other customers who also had to wait. The manager didn't try to make a management decision to serve the customers. One sat down doing paperwork while customers waited.

this place gets 5-stars ONLY for their manager, Nancy. i was repeatedly told at the drive thru window that my drink would be diet coke, as i ordered, (im a type one diabetic), and they gave me a regular coke. not a big deal, but i asked multiple times and was “certainly” assured it was diet coke. Nancy was quick to get me the proper replacement and did it all with a smile on her face. thank you so much again, Nancy!

The WORST McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Ordered an egg McMuffin breakfast combo with a large iced caramel macchiato. I received my food very promptly. They forgot about my drink which I gently reminded them. Here is where the issue starts.
The drive through pushes me through with out my drink. Then brings me my food with out my drink. Then brings me the WRONG DRINK and says they just “stirred” it. A macchiato doesn’t come stirred and the drink had 4 ice cubes in it and was not cold.
He returns back inside with my receipt and brings me a “medium” because that’s what was on the receipt and the drink is still not layered and was warm. (I assume they just dumped one into a smaller container).
At that point I had enough and told him to toss it and leave. I will not be returning to another McDonald’s. What atrocious service.

We love this location! There’s a drive through worker who tells the funniest jokes in succession and we laugh so hard we can barely complete our transactions!
The employees are hardworking and nice. It gets crazy at lunch hour so I don’t recommend that timeframe. The food is hot and fresh.
