came in for a quick bite before an appointment and sat at the counter. Audra Rae came right over and took my order, filled my coffee, and smiled. The food was exactly what I wanted and Audra Rae was on it: making sure I had everything I needed without asking. She has a great personality and attention to detail. Will visit again!
we usually love metro diner. so much so that we came here for our 19 year olds birthday this morning - she loves the pancakes.
We tried to reserve a table, but your online system said no wait, and would not let one be made.
we arrive and are told 30-45 minutes.
we get told that "sorry about that".
45+ minutes pass, and people arrived after us are seated. we're a party of 6, so maybe it is due to party size. nope, they seat a party of 4 in a party of 6.
