I came to Metro Diner this morning off the humbug. I was starving & was craving some chicken & waffles from somewhere close in the area. Surprisingly the chicken was very seasoned and crispy. The waffles were also very tasty and soft. The strawberry butter mixed with their signature hot sauce was also pretty good. Alicia was my server. The servers are top notch pros. Super efficient. Ann Marie in particular was menu-knowledgeable, friendly and awesome. Food was expertly executed. We asked for dark, crunchy hash browns spread thin on the griddle and got exactly that. Strawberries Shortcake French toast did not disappoint. Great value, nice atmosphere. A+
