Since they got new ownership some years back, This place hasn’t been the same! The cooks are careless and want to rush you when placing an order! I got a cheesesteak and he didn’t take the time to sit my steak right side up in the bag or put salt and pepper on my fries!

They stepped up their cheese steak game!!

I've eaten from Mike's for many years. Their cheese steaks have always been excellent. They have actually improved their fries now too the point where I think they are the best around- full size, hot, crispy. For cheese steak and fries, Mike's is the place!!

We recently started eating here after driving past it for many years. One day we decided to try it and we didn’t have high hopes, since many of the local sandwich shops disappoint lately. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place was ! The portions are huge so they can feed for more than one meal ! We have been there a total of three times and we plan on returning.

Their cheesesteaks are the best in the area! They provide high quality, large sandwiches full of meat at a great price, and excellent customer service! The staff is exceptional! There was a mistake with my order last week, and I received the wrong sandwiches. The Manager made the correct sandwich, and delivered it to me himself! Talk about excellent customer service! This place is awesome. I regret that I am moving outside of their delivery area. Too far for doordash. I will however, be driving to the shop every now and then - yes, it's well worth it!!

This place is a little treasure that's been apart of the community for YEARS now. Recently under new management , they have added some TLC and CHARM along with the same Quality and Deliciousness we all Love and expect!!! Sit in or grab a quick bite either way, you're in for a TREAT?

The owner Fabio takes care of his customers, and it is shown by how much love and energy he pours into his food and business. Whenever we are at work trying to decide where we want to eat, ordering Mike's is ALWAYS our number one pick. Fabio himself will even deliver to us if he is not too busy, which is above and beyond what a lot of other owners would do. You can't go wrong with ordering anything on the menu, but the onion rings are the best around and the subs always slap.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when Mike’s changed ownership a few years back, but the new owner Fabio has really elevated this place from something that was already a go to staple to something even more amazing. The service and food are top notch and the updates inside have turned it into a place where you actually want to eat inside. The steaks are always delicious, but don’t sleep on the onion rings and fresh turkey. Top notch. I will never stop recommending this place!

Used to be the #1 Readers choice awards in D.E. for the best cheesesteak it's not now. The business has been sold & now the new owners are living off a name , I never eat there anymore. I'll eat a Pats cheesesteak before I eat here again. Malins still has the best Steak & Chicken cheesesteaks locally. Mikes famous ? ? ! Mikes no longer famous & neither is his cheesteaks.
