Donut was stale and didn’t have the signature mochi donut shape, just shaped like a regular donut. It was made out of the same stuff, but the texture wasn’t right, possibly as a consequence of the shape. I wanted to give it a fair shot but It’s just not the same. Disappointing

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This was my first time going to Mochinut. I drove an hour and a half to get to this location. I walked in and was not greeted. My friend and I were looking at the menu, talking about donut prices and the employee rudely interrupted our conversation to tell us they did not have any donuts. It was two hours before closing. Not only did I drive all that way for nothing.. the employee was rude. Two days later I wanted to give it another shot. I wanted to call to make sure they at least had donuts this time. I called SIX times before I finally got an answer. I am so disappointed and will not be returning.

The dogs tasted amazing would definitely go back for those now for the Donuts it was a no the inside tasted like dough while the outside tasted like it sat out for days but I would definitely recommend going to try the hotdogs

Great great service! I love this location because of Marinee. I always go here after my church and my kids love it! Marinee goes even beyond of what's expected of her. She makes fresh mochinut for my kids if the flavor that I like is not on display. There's a lady who was very rude to her because she wants to charge her phone inside her kitchen. Marinee said no (as she should) and she insulted her! I hope Mochinut protects their employees to this kind of rudeness. Mochinut is very lucky to have her. ♡ More powers!

The asian lady was very kind and prepared my order in a reasonable time. I really appreciated the way she cared about me, it made the experience so pleasant.
I liked the donut. It tastes good. The Asian lady was nice and prepared me my favorite flavor even though they didn't have it available. I liked the mocha Bubble tea drink as well. My husband tried coffee it was nice too.
