I’m here waiting for two grub hub delivery orders and it’s been over an hour and I keep being told the orders are coming up, yet approximately 15-20 other customers have came and went since I’ve been sitting here. It’s also probably about 30 degrees in here. Customer service sucks, atmosphere is awful and I’m not sure about the food but sitting and waiting for an hour for maybe $12 pay is absolutely insane to me.

I found out about New Number One through a friend of mine who hosts community-building jam sessions in the restaurant, and they have become one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is not only prepared quickly, but tastes amazing. And to allow my friend to use their space to foster a tightly-knit community with the shared interests of good music and good food is nothing short of spectacular.

as a dasher, this is THE worst restaurant i have visited. Often the employees/ owners are not even in the building during normal hours, leaving customers to wait 30 minutes or more b4 they show up
Even if there you can expect an extended wait for hastily cooked food and ridiculous wait times....

I’ve ordered here a couple times. The egg rolls were sitting out at room temp next to the fryer once which I overlooked. Today I went to eat my leftover lo mein and found a human hair in it after I’ve eaten half 🤢 it’s def not mine bc I have blonde hair!

I do-not recommend this place. The worst chinese take-out I've ever been to in my entire life! Not one single item ordered, was edible! We threw everything ordered, in the garbage can 🗑. I can-not imagine anybody serving such low-quality-awful testing food! I'm actually angry about paying for this crap. I'm now at home preparing my dinner after a 12 hour day working. Thank you for ruining my day Number One, or should I say, Number Zero! In closing, avoid this place like the Plague. Have a Blessed day.....

If I could give zero stars, I would. The restaurant sent part of my order (which was mediocre tasting at best). I called the restaurant to tell them my meal was missing. Their first response was that they purposefully did not include the item because I had “too many allergies checked off (shellfish). When I asked why they did not contact me to alert me and allow me to choose a safer option, they told me they “couldn’t” and repeatedly said that I would have to take it up with Uber eats (who luckily had great customer service) if I had a problem. No apology. No accountability. They charged me for it without any remorse.
