Please start requesting more cakes or just build more stores in Delaware. It’s no way that you should be sold out of limited flavors 2 days in and will not replenish. Then get told come sooner, this happened twice. Other locations and nearby states still have the limited flavors.i think management needs to look into this and manage the quantity of their products better.

Great Bundt cakes; poor customer service. After purchasing $25 worth of cake (and the transaction already going through) I asked for utensils. I was told that they are prohibited by DE law to provide plastic utensils. This is inaccurate and it’s disturbing to me that customers are being lied to. In 2026, a bill will be passed that states that customers may have plastic utensils specifically upon request. But as of 2025, there is no law of which I am aware that restricts restaurants from giving out plastic utensils. The law passed in 2025 restricts beverages stirrers and plastic straws, but nothing is said about utensils in SB 51.
I told the manager that I was taking my children to the park with the cake and I did not want to run my card for $1.50 to pay for the utensils. She shrugged her shoulders and said that it was the owners rules.
To be clear, I would not have minded paying for the utensils if I was aware before the transaction went through (despite customers being lied to) because I don’t want to make a big deal over $1.50.
I will note that I’ve never had an issue getting eating utensils in any establishment. A sign should be posted.

About 30 mins ago I went to this location to redeem the coupon I received for the Strawberry Cheese Cake promotion. Clearly it states buy one get one free, order on line or redeem in store by 7/27, which is Sunday. Miss Henry had no idea what I was talking about. He goes in the back to speak to Miss Kelly and she tells him to tell me they are not going to honor the coupon. I will have to come back next week for the cake but they won’t honor the coupon. I asked to speak to her and she refuses to come out and speak to me about it or to even see the coupon. I thought maybe I was miss understanding what it said. So I asked for the owners name, their names and left the store. I’m not even going to bother to call the owner/ next level manager because it probably won’t be worth it. If this is the type of employees they leave in charge of their business, then their people skills are probably lacking also. They lost a customer and rewards member for life. I’m sure I don’t make a difference, but I hope that you are treated with more dignity and respect. Good Luck🤨

Awesome tasting and beautiful presentation of Bundt cakes perfect for a celebration. We used them several times over the summer and were very pleased. Recommend the carrot and lemon cakes because the flavors were wonderful!

Not the greatest customer service experience. Had a problem with the cake in the banana pudding dessert and the “manager” only seemed to focus on how other people did not “complain” about it. No mention of how to make this customer feel better. That tells me that this person is more defensive than proactive. I saw the canned response below and I already went through the corporate office and they referred me to the manager and you saw my review of the manager so there’s no need to contact the corporate office again.

What a lovely place! A variety of individual, which are portioned big themselves, or large bundt cakes. It's a nice option for a dessert you dont see often. The lemon was delicious!
