My experience at nothing Bundt cakes has deteriorated significantly after the loss of your employee Henry. I looked forward to seeing her every time I frequented the store. Where is Henry now? She always put a smile on my face 😢

If you want a cake great place to go, but whether or not you get the one you selected will be a surprise when you get home. Twice now I have gotten the wrong cake. Chocolate chip sounds nothing like Lemon Raspberry!
A couple of days ago, I ordered two Bundtlets—one red velvet and one Biscoff. I was completely dissatisfied with the size and texture of the cakes; they tasted as if they had not been properly baked. I usually order from a different location, but since I was in town, I wanted to try this one. Please do better and strive to treat your customers with respect. I had my brother pick up my order, and he did not like the attitude of the cashier who served him.

I received a coupon to buy 1 get 1 free through my email with the code on the email, but because it wouldn't scan they stated they would not honor it and that their hands are tied. I will not be doing business here anymore if you cant honor your own coupons

Customer service is not good. The older woman is rude and there is tension in the store. In a bakery? Come on. I won't be going back to this one. She was rude the last two times I was there. I feel bad for the young people who have to work with her.

The cakes I purchased, while it’s not comparable to a traditional homemade pound cake, it’s an acceptable alternative. Unfortunately, the customer service falls below expectations, and the service is slow. If you’re looking for quality customer service and a fresh, tasty cake, you’re better off baking your own or getting more value for your money with a grocery store–bought cake. I would recommend sticking to Starbucks or other bakeries instead. I’ll give them one more try but not this location. I’ll try giving the Wilmington location a try instead of patronizing the Newark, DE, location.

Strawberry cream bundt cake was to die for...yummy. I'll be back for more flavors 😋
So disappointed, just like every business, they start off successful then the company starts raising the price and the quality goes down. I have been buying my cakes here for 2 years. It was a good run until 10/24/2025. I brought my husband favorite cake ( carrot cake) for his birthday. I ordered in advance. The cake was horrible. The cake was old, their cakes are obviously frozen. This carrot 8 inch for 30.00. The price is crazy but it was a special occasion. The cake was horrible. The cake went in the trash after 2 slices. We couldn't even finish the two slices. If your going to rip people off price wise at least service quality cakes.

Point has been proven, by this poorly stale bakery. By reading their sarcastic responses to customers, it's not about quantity and customer service. It's about ripping customers off with stale over priced cake. Perhaps people should start a protesting and not purchasing this bakery stale over priced cakes.

The cakes and products here are honestly amazing — some of the best around. But the atmosphere in the store really takes away from it. The management seems disorganized and unprofessional. You can tell there’s tension among the staff, and it doesn’t feel like a healthy or positive work environment. It’s a shame because the actual bakery items are great, but the tone set by leadership really brings the place down.

my neighbor bought me the mini chocolate chocolate chip bundt and it was so delicious. yum yum. thank you for making it and thank you Kandi Jones for buying it.
Ordered the sample pack for the first time today. The Biscoff is my favorite so far. Very good and fresh. I ordered from the Snellville, GA location. It is perfection. Thank you!
Absolutely delicious cake!!! We had a red velvet with cream cheese frosting for my fiancé’s Birthday and it was fantastic. I definitely recommend this business. We were very happy. Thank you!
Please start requesting more cakes or just build more stores in Delaware. It’s no way that you should be sold out of limited flavors 2 days in and will not replenish. Then get told come sooner, this happened twice. Other locations and nearby states still have the limited flavors.i think management needs to look into this and manage the quantity of their products better.
Great Bundt cakes; poor customer service. After purchasing $25 worth of cake (and the transaction already going through) I asked for utensils. I was told that they are prohibited by DE law to provide plastic utensils. This is inaccurate and it’s disturbing to me that customers are being lied to. In 2026, a bill will be passed that states that customers may have plastic utensils specifically upon request. But as of 2025, there is no law of which I am aware that restricts restaurants from giving out plastic utensils. The law passed in 2025 restricts beverages stirrers and plastic straws, but nothing is said about utensils in SB 51.
I told the manager that I was taking my children to the park with the cake and I did not want to run my card for $1.50 to pay for the utensils. She shrugged her shoulders and said that it was the owners rules.
To be clear, I would not have minded paying for the utensils if I was aware before the transaction went through (despite customers being lied to) because I don’t want to make a big deal over $1.50.
I will note that I’ve never had an issue getting eating utensils in any establishment. A sign should be posted.
