The deliveries are bad, but costumer service is the worst because doesn't solve nothing. They ruin our celebration. šš½

Avoid this place. Yuck.
Albany, NY Iām incredibly disappointed by how my mother and I were treated todayāespecially since weāve supported this business for years. While shopping for my sonās birthday supplies, we stopped in to browse cake decorations. My mom briefly picked up a pack of napkins she liked to show me, then put them right back. After looking around a bit more and not finding what we needed, we left. A minute after getting into our car, an employee came outside and accused us of stealing paper plates. We were stunned and honestly humiliated. We immediately invited them to check our bags and car, as we had absolutely nothing to hide. What made the situation even more embarrassing was seeing other employees and customers watching from inside the shop window. After realizing their mistake, the employee apologized and offered us couponsāwhich we declined. The damage was already done. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience. We will not be returning.
Terrible customer service.
bad service. basic menu with zero creativity.
The staff is completely RUDE. I would never set foot in that store again nor would I suggest anyone else going there.
Iāve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because Iāve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughterās birthday today . The same store Iāve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Hereās the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, āweāll be with you in a minute.ā That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where theyāre baking peopleās cakesā¼ļøā¼ļø š¤®Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , Iām glad I wasnāt acknowledge because then I wouldāve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. Iām not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but Iām pretty sure I wonāt be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customerās cakes back there. Maybe thatās why there is a wall up where people canāt see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.

First, let me say I have tried Nothing Bundt Cakes in the past and the lemon cake I had was great. The reason I am writing this review is because I called and asked if chocolate chips could be omitted from the red velvet cake and I was told, no. I have a family member that has a sensitivity to chocolate, but can enjoy red velvet cake because the cocoa is less than in a chocolate cake or eating chocolate chips. You offer gluten-free options which some bakeries do not have so that is appreciated. However, why is it that you can not accommodate making one cake without chocolate chips when the cakes are supposed to be handcrafted in every bakery? I wasn't asking something that was complicated. This should be easy fix just to leave out when you are making the batter. This is really a disappointment. I hope in the future this can be an option for the red velvet cake. Thank you for your time.
We love them!! Cakes are delicious and everyone that works there is so friendly. Also, my son has some food allergies and they do a great job preventing cross contamination.

This is the best cake I've ever had in my life. I love it. And I'm addicted to it. I have to have more! I got the 10" strawberries n creme for my birthday on 7/11, and I'm sending my husband to get me more cake as we speak. So moist and delicious, I can't get enough.
