I have been coming to this Outback for years. They consistently provide excellent food and outstanding service. I typically order the steak, broccoli, and chocolate cake. Sometimes they can be crowded, so the best time is to go is in the early evening.

We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and it still did not come until we complained to the manager. Our waitress (Parker) started out being very professional and friendly, but once we started asking, where was our food, she became very belligerent, defensive and unprofessional. The manager did take the entrees off our bill; however, when we got home and warmed up the food, it was disgusting and no seasoning.

Went to outback for an earlier dinner tonight and Cam was our server, very kind and attentive, so sweet! Both of the hosts, Cora and Kevin were helpful with seating, being kind even when customers asked to sit in other sections! Food was great and came out quick! One of the managers also came over to check on the food. Always a great experience here!

They mixed up my steak with someone else's, but by the time my waitress came back to the table, it was much too late in the meal to send it back.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Wasn’t too busy. Our waitress was great but she wasn’t cooking the food. The cook must of been mad or was recooking/using old food from the day before. My daughter’s noodles were freezing cold, freezer temperature… luckily my 4 year old knew something wasn’t right. I felt them and they were COLD!!! Apparently no one checked them or re-heated them. Sent them back and then I guess a manager brought them back out no apology or anything, then the Alice springs chicken along with the chicken on the Barbie, was rock hard couldn’t even cut it! Save your time and go up 202 to the glen mills outback. That location values customers and understands the outback experience this location doesn’t!!!
