She guided me through food options to ensure our event was successful. She was considerate of food allergies and reminded me of the need for vegetarian options. She ensured we provided a balance of options so that every guest was satisfied. I received RAVE reviews from our guests. Her and her husband arrived on time and set up all of our platters so that I literally just sat and watched as everything was perfectly placed. I would highly recommend Pamela's Gourmet for any event!
