Among the best panera bread branchs I have been in so far. The food is good, and I always like coming here to get some work done.

Food was delicious and fresh but the service was horrible enough to make me not want to go back to that location. Our 1st order was lost then we were overcharged we were also told to call back and place a large catering order when they weren't busy at lunch time horrible customer service

One of my favorite stops in busy college town. Enjoy stopping here in the cold winter months for their broccoli and cheese soup in the bread bowl. Really delicious and warm you up. Also just a nice place to relax or meet with friends.
The cashier was not very pleasant and they were very slow with preparing soup and a sandwich.

So it took them about 45 min to make my salad and they were out of baguettes and didn't tell me. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and they didn't put any chicken in it.

Normally I enjoy coming to panera. However, today me and my friend ordered our meals and it took over 40 minutes to be served. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in any "fast" food restaurant. To top it all off, the last time I was here they ran out of bread. If i'm not mistaken this restaurant is called panera BREAD. thank you, next. We will not be returning.

Usually very happy with the service and food quality, however this time was very upset with the outcome of my delivery order. I ordered a pick 2 which should have been chicken salad and a napa almond chicken sandwich, however there was no sandwich to be found. I suggest the workers carefully check off items as they put them in the bags, especially because I was left hungry after eating just a salad. I was very disappointed by the service, and will no longer be ordering food from this franchise. Disappointed. We called the store and they didn't pick up. very hard phone service to work with, and should be easier for the customers. Using a phone number for a company about food should be much easier. this was very unfortunate. Overall, would not recommend ordering delivery from this franchise.
