I’m not sure if this Papa John’s has new owners and/or managers, but the place is criminally understaffed.
They ran out of an ingredient and left me a voicemail about it, but could not pick up the phone when I called back because they were so busy. The food actually came out good for how busy and understaffed they were. The employees were doing the best they could to keep up, but they were swamped with orders.
Unfortunate that this place is not being properly managed or owned as a franchise.

I called in order a few pizza around 10pm on a Tuesday night they never came to deliver my food furthermore they never called me to tell me that my order was canceled.I called a an hr after ordering in i was told they had no more dough left thats why they canceled my order.Why take an order if you already know there's no dough available.Its very inconvenient in im very disappointed in the customer services.

this place is nasty i went in and the man wasn’t even wearing gloves, they forgot my toppings on my pizza and when i called this indian lady picked up saying her name was pooja that i would get a free pizza next time she works, we call again for the free pizza and they tell me that she’s fired?? just seems like a bunch of lies and just a dirty place don’t go here

Do NOT come here, since the new foreign owners have taken over its all been down hill. Lady at the front claimed i didnt pay for my takeout via app, then proceeded to ask me to charge my card again for $4 and i got declined? Kept asking me to swipe my card and i got no notifications from my bank about a declined charge.
Take it for what its worth, shady to me. She even had the balls to ask me “if you knew you ordered this then you know you have to pay right?”

Placed an order for delivery, they canceled my order without telling me. This charged my card and I wasn’t spending another 30 bucks. I called the store manager had an attitude couldn’t do anything for me and hung up on me. I have no food and am out 30 bucks. Waiting for refund not holding my breath.

This is not the same Papa John's that I always ordered! This is the first time that I ordered in this place, and theres no way that they are using the same ingredients as Papa John's. Corporate need to check this place out or they will be loosing business. I would have given this place ZERO star, unfortunately, theres no such thing as Zero.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff not wearing gloves, answering the phone and then going right back to handling dough and making pizzas. Found hair in my food on top of it. Completely unhygienic — this location needs a health inspection ASAP.

The 2 Indian women that work at night gave me a box that was a little damp. I didn't think anything of it. I took a shower and when I went to warm up a slice it was soggy and damp. Something happened that why the box was wet. They spilled something on the pizza im guessing water or something and didn't want to make another 1 so they put it in another box. I'm so pissed right now because they are closed.

First my food was cold and not cooked it’s like they just prepared it then put it in the box without cooking it and they said they were out of drinks but I saw them in the cooler and they do not wash their hands then touched the food and I found a hair in my pizza and how they treat their other employees is disgusting and most of them just sit there and ignore the customers

This might sound mean but it has to be said. This place is DIRTY, there is no nice way to say anything else. Not a single glove, hairnet or hand washing going on here at all. Watched employees literally dropping boxes on the floor and the roller, to be picked up and used again. No rinsing, no washing, no basic hygiene at all.
To make matters worse if you pay in cash they will handle the money and immediately go back to making pizza.
Service is SLOW and if you try and ask about your order sitting on the shelf of finished orders they present they didn't hear you or worse act like you are a bother to them.
Place has steadily gone downhill, but this last experience may be my last.
Food is good if you manage to get it hot because it will sit for 1/2 hour on the shelf before they get to you to give it. Even if the order is paid for.
