This is not the same Papa John's that I always ordered! This is the first time that I ordered in this place, and theres no way that they are using the same ingredients as Papa John's. Corporate need to check this place out or they will be loosing business. I would have given this place ZERO star, unfortunately, theres no such thing as Zero.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff not wearing gloves, answering the phone and then going right back to handling dough and making pizzas. Found hair in my food on top of it. Completely unhygienic — this location needs a health inspection ASAP.

The 2 Indian women that work at night gave me a box that was a little damp. I didn't think anything of it. I took a shower and when I went to warm up a slice it was soggy and damp. Something happened that why the box was wet. They spilled something on the pizza im guessing water or something and didn't want to make another 1 so they put it in another box. I'm so pissed right now because they are closed.

First my food was cold and not cooked it’s like they just prepared it then put it in the box without cooking it and they said they were out of drinks but I saw them in the cooler and they do not wash their hands then touched the food and I found a hair in my pizza and how they treat their other employees is disgusting and most of them just sit there and ignore the customers

This might sound mean but it has to be said. This place is DIRTY, there is no nice way to say anything else. Not a single glove, hairnet or hand washing going on here at all. Watched employees literally dropping boxes on the floor and the roller, to be picked up and used again. No rinsing, no washing, no basic hygiene at all.
To make matters worse if you pay in cash they will handle the money and immediately go back to making pizza.
Service is SLOW and if you try and ask about your order sitting on the shelf of finished orders they present they didn't hear you or worse act like you are a bother to them.
Place has steadily gone downhill, but this last experience may be my last.
Food is good if you manage to get it hot because it will sit for 1/2 hour on the shelf before they get to you to give it. Even if the order is paid for.

They did not give a garlic cause with my pizza. Said they were out. They said their truck was late. Asked for garlic parm as replacement, they said no.
This a VERY POORLY run franchise.

Dough was raw on both pizzas we had delivered tonight. gross.
My mother went in and placed an order for wings and pizza. Then she noticed no one was wearing gloves while prepping the wings or the pizza. When she asked why not. She was told that’s store policy and then the young lady making the wings said. “ it’s because she’s Spanish”. After that my mother canceled the order and simply walked out. Your staff is so unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers. Will not be returning!!

I ordered off door dash as they labeled it "epic stuffed crust pizza" when I recieved my order it was a regular crust on the box my door dash order said original crust as well. When I checked my order and payment amount I was charged for the "epic" stuffed crust. Doordash was kind enough to reorder the pizza for me for free. When calling the restaurant to confirm I was going to get the correct pizza I paid for(20+ mins on hold with papa johns) the woman working at 11pm on 2/18 got very rude in her tone immediately blaming door dash for the issue. Overall was not a big issue the woman could have been more helpful and "customer service" oriented. I work hard for my money like she does i just wanted what I ordered.

Waste of money! Nasty place nobody had a hair net on, nobody wore gloves , cross contamination everywhere , the lady making the dough went in her phone and back to swinging dough on her shirt it was disgusting to see I can never eat there again. Seriously calling the health department !

I love their pizza, and i would have given 5 stars for food, but when it comes to their stuffed crust pizza, it's like they don't bake it enough or something. The crust part is great, but the rest of the pizza falls apart when you pick it up. It is so thin that when you pick it up, it just falls, and the toppings slide right off. So, really, it's like I'm paying for just stuffed crust. I don't know if it's like that at all Papa John's, but it needs to be addressed. Otherwise their food is great!
