I ordered over the phone a large garlic cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushroom something simple. I arrived before the order was finished not abig deal the 1 and only worker I saw said it will be a couple minutes so I paid. When the pizza was done after i already paid is when I was informed they did not have mushrooms and substituted extra pepperoni. What really frustrated me is that my pizza order was taken from someone not at the store and because of that they didn't know the store didn't have mushrooms I would have changed my order if I was given the correct information.

If I could give this store 1/2 star I would. This is the 3rd time I walked into this located in People Plaza Shopping center Glasgow Delware. I tried ordering 2 large pizzas one topping each always and I mean always a problem. It's the same person each time telling me I have to wait 45 mins to 1hour for all the Door Dash orders prior to placing my order. Why should I have to wait that long and I am a walk-in. When I say that's INSANE😡 Please Corporate Papa Johns come to that location and do a secret shoppers especially around Saturdays between 8 and 9 P.M. You will see for yourself. 🎤

Mold, everywhere. I walked in to pick an order and water dripped on my head. I look up and it was from the ac vent and there was mold all over the vent and ceiling. I looked around the whole ceiling and there was mold everywhere, in the lights, on the ceiling. Not healthy at all.

Horrible waited almost 2 hrs for my dinner for my kids and when I called a few seconds ago. I was rudely told they don't have any drivers and because I'm paying with cash they can't deliver food wow. How do you offer delivery service and also select your form of payment and because I choose cash my family can't eat. So 2hrs down the drain and it's now 9:10pm and places are closed so I have to now figure out dinner again for 3 hungry children. Papa John's should be a shame of themselves and whomever is so called working with no help no driver no nothing than why are you open for business false advertisement corporate will her from me shall I say franchisees.

Ive been patronizing this location for the last few years and I always get the same thing .. garden pizza. It has been awesome every time. Faster service than most pizza places which amazes me because there’s usually only 1 person in there. Good job!

Extremely unpleasant and rude employee. Went into the store to order some food. A short bald Caucasian man with glasses asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I told him no that I was here to order my own food. I asked him about their current deal, the man rudely yelled , cut me off and told me to wait a second. It was like I was bothering him to do his job. I simply walked out of the store as I will not be spoken to like that at a place that needs to earn my business. I simply walked back to my car, and as I drove past, the gentleman was outside, smoking a cigarette. Do not recommend this place garbage atmosphere garbage staff.

They made the pizza wrong, but there is no way to call them anymore. When you call the store and press the button for a manager, nobody ever picks up so I was unable to talk with someone to resolve my issue. Also with the switch to DoorDash for delivery the delivery service has gone way down. I am done with Delivery and done with this store for good.
If they have zero star I will give them that,went to this store after school pick-up, usually they taking an order inside the store ,but today he told me I have to place an order online and pay it online as well.he just standing there listening his music.very un-profesional

So apparently, you call in to order a pizza for delivery. It goes to a call center for them to turn around and place the order through door dash. 40 dollars later for 1 pizza and a 2 liter. What has this world coming too.....papa John's you're now on the list with Domino's to never order from again. These franchise corporations are ruined.....

So disappointed and do not recommend. Horrible customer service, forgotten items and unsatisfied with the quality of pizza and toppings were lacking even though we paid extra for it. Some slices had no toppings at all. Stingy people doing a shitty job at running a business

So the only reason this gets 2 stars, is because the delivery driver followed directions to a T. As for the rest, horrible. As for the garlic stuffed crust pizza, the cheese in the crust I guess was there. What wasn't was; the sauce and cheese on the rest of the pizza, the sauce cups I paid $0.75 for were only a quarter full, toppings scarce, and the completely incorrect soda. Like I hear alot ofshit on Domino's, but for being accross the street I am deeply disappointed. Not making this mistake again, $50 for straight disappointment.
