I have ordered from the People’s Plaza Papa John’s twice in the last month. Both times I ordered stuffed crust but there was no cheese in the crust. Tried to call to speak to a manager and they never answer. The pizza is also always soggy . This location should be shut down or new staff hired.

Everytime Yu go to order at this location she's never taking orders,because it's backed up in orders,if y'all need help just say tht,I come from Newark hub Everytime to order,and expecting to get a pizza.mine yu its Tina of restaurants in my area,but i travel here because of the quality and taste tht no other pizzeria has around me,and on top of it shes very rude,she gives an attitude as if she thinks cause she's back there making pizza or whatever tht the job is so over whelming ,well mines is too.welcone to the corporate world,and the last time I checked I have to still be professional and sell the companies products.

My pizza was thin and hard. I had to throw it out because it wasn’t consumable. The pizza was rushed with no sauce and dough was hard.

Pizza was excellent, not impressed with cheesy bread, but the garlic stuffed crust pizza made up for it!
After watching tv advertisements I wanted to try. I got the stuffed crust and wasn’t happy with it. The mozzarella sticks in the crust hadn’t even started to melt and the crust was not cooked. Doughy and topping slid off when you tried to pick a piece up. Had to eat with a fork and knife and throw away the uncooked

The jalepeno papa bites where horrible. They weren't the right shape, it was mostly bread, and they looked like they where just thrown in the box. My pizza had a hole in it because the dough was so uneven and thin. Very disappointed.

I placed a order ahead order that was supposed to be delivered at 12 pm, When I called to check on my order at 12:10, the lady that answered the phone said they were waiting on Door Dash drivers. It’s been done. I stated that I would just pick the order up, since the food was just sitting there. She hung up the phone. The customer service here is beyond poor. I advise you to take your money elsewhere.

I only ordered from this location because it was on the way to where I was headed. I will never order from them again. I had to throw all of my food out. Both my order of wings was undercooked and my pizza was super soggy with an extreme amount of cheese. When I ordered through the app it said my order was ready, I went to pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes. Music was super loud, no one had a hair net or washed their hands. The delivery driver came in and was playing on his phone, then jumped up to pack orders. One of the guys that was preparing the pizza answered the phone, checked out the register, then went directly to the packing orders as well. They all were rotating between tasks. No one washed their hands. The only good thing was the guy was nice to me, but apparently my order was definitely rushed because I was waiting.
