After watching tv advertisements I wanted to try. I got the stuffed crust and wasn’t happy with it. The mozzarella sticks in the crust hadn’t even started to melt and the crust was not cooked. Doughy and topping slid off when you tried to pick a piece up. Had to eat with a fork and knife and throw away the uncooked

The jalepeno papa bites where horrible. They weren't the right shape, it was mostly bread, and they looked like they where just thrown in the box. My pizza had a hole in it because the dough was so uneven and thin. Very disappointed.

I placed a order ahead order that was supposed to be delivered at 12 pm, When I called to check on my order at 12:10, the lady that answered the phone said they were waiting on Door Dash drivers. It’s been done. I stated that I would just pick the order up, since the food was just sitting there. She hung up the phone. The customer service here is beyond poor. I advise you to take your money elsewhere.

I only ordered from this location because it was on the way to where I was headed. I will never order from them again. I had to throw all of my food out. Both my order of wings was undercooked and my pizza was super soggy with an extreme amount of cheese. When I ordered through the app it said my order was ready, I went to pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes. Music was super loud, no one had a hair net or washed their hands. The delivery driver came in and was playing on his phone, then jumped up to pack orders. One of the guys that was preparing the pizza answered the phone, checked out the register, then went directly to the packing orders as well. They all were rotating between tasks. No one washed their hands. The only good thing was the guy was nice to me, but apparently my order was definitely rushed because I was waiting.

We waited hours for our food to come and it was not worth the wait I've had some bad experiences with papa John's but this was by far the worst experience ever not to mention when the food got here the pizza looked like it was cut by a toddler and it was a sloppy mess I understand that things happen but at least give a damn when it's supposed to matter

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I placed an order in their app. For some reason, it bugged out and chose the worst store location, in People's Plaza, instead of the one a few minutes away from me on Ogletown.Frustrated, I drive 30 mins to get it. On the way there, they mark my order as picked up, when I'm not even half the distance to the location. I get there, check my items, and see that the caramel dip cup for the UNDER-BAKED Twix Twists was opened and all over the box inside. On top of that, I did not get the Cool Ranch dipping sauce I've paid for, for my pizza, despite a lady working there telling me that it is inside the box, when it wasn't. Just the usual garlic they include.She decided to get an attitude despite THEIR screw ups and gave me my refund when I denied the order.Please, do not take a chance of ordering from this location, especially online.To the developers of the Papa John's app: fix the issue of it showing the user their chosen location, but erroneously selects another location after submitting the order.

Do NOT order from here online. SAVE yourself a headache. If your order is taking over an hour and 30 min and it’s not on its way yet, they will NOT ever answer the phone i’ve called 20 times and waited on hold for 10 min everytime. This place is absolutely terrible and when i’ve ordered in the past the food has been nasty anyway.

They literally never get my order right, half the time they don't cut pizza, they forget items, takes over 40 minutes to deliver 8 minutes away, so I get cold

Worst Papa John’s in the country. I took 55 minutes to get one Papadia made. Only one guy running the entire store. A message to the management- If you can’t hire enough ppl, shut the store downParking: More than 50 spots available
