Pardon My Cheesesteak

16 dollars for this? Never again. Greasy and portion was awful. Roll was like an amarsoa roll you get from the grocery store. Don't even think this place is a real resturant.

Bertucci's Christina is a great place for a nice family dinner... really good food and reasonable prices. Our server, Rayna, was unbelievably wonderful. The only 2 beefs I have are the 1) bathrooms and 2) my calzone... 100% delicious and perfectly cooked but all my toppings were just piled up in one spot... so part of it, I'm eating JUST ricotta... part of it I'm eating JUST carmelized onions. Anyway... not a big giant deal but it everything was spread out it would have been more enjoyable. I still 1000% love this place tho!

Terrible. Chicken cheese steak was all cheese. Ordered large fries but got loaded fries which were nasty. Never again.

Brian was the best- made a good day even better with his personality, great service, and recommendations. He is one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting- He is beyond Excellent!

Met my expectations. Service was very good and food was good. Sausage on the one pizza was now just links chopped up in big pieces and not as good as it used to be. The prices seemed a little higher than before but that seems common now. All in all had a good meal.

Only sent half the order. No one answers the phone when you call. No one replies to messages. I had to do a credit card charge back. The food that did arrive was overpriced and not good.

We shared a small Caesar Salad and the Rigatoni, Chicken & Broccoli. Both food and service were excellent, as always. We love their Caesar Salad, and their pastas are always perfectly al dente; and their meat sauce actually has meat chunks in it, not specks. Everything tastes great. Kind of a fun place to eat, too, the way they've decorated it recently. This is a go-to place for us.

Worst experience ever! Do not use Pardon my cheesesteak. It’s in another establishment. Like the one I went to was in Ruby Tuesdays in Pike Creek. Let me just say never again. Cooks were talking smack like this better get the best review because they were closing and had to cook. They burnt the food and I demanded a refund. Never again!?

The paper was so soggy it stuck to my sandwhich not sure if I'm eating cheese or paper at this point, I have more bread than meat, the sandwhiches are squished and the tub of French fries wasn't even half full and definitely not fresh. And yes the picture is the entire sandwhich. Could have gotten better at Subway.

Our waiter (male) not sure of his name was very unfriendly and dropped many things. Even had to bring us another childs pizza because one slice fell of the plate before he got it to the child! Never got my salad until I asked him for it after our pizza was served. Never asked what kind of dressing for the salad..just brought what he liked I guess.

Mike is one of the best servers EVER! He is so attentive and professional, while also friendly and making you feel welcome. The food at Bertucci's is outstanding, and we try and make our Monday Night Date Night at Bertucci's.

Went to Bertucci's for my son's birthday. His choice.. Our pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven. The onions and green peppers were almost raw..still crisp. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for someone to bring out the cake I had brought. Then an extended wait to catch someone to bring the box and a few to go boxes.

Great meal, terrific service. Went in for the Valentine's Day special but ended up getting more - which was fine, just more than anticipated. It was very busy and a little bit loud, but not uncomfortable.
