Pardon My Cheesesteak

They closed most of the Bertucci's in Pennsylvania so when I was in Newark, I made sure to visit the Bertucci's. The prices have definitely gone up. The warm homemade rolls taste delicious. The calzone was very good and enough for two servings. It was a nice experience. I used to go to Bertucci's quite frequently. I recommend Bertucci's as a nice restaurant with tasty food.

Great food, great service, and great price. This is my go-to restaurant for a good evening out with my wife.

Rafael was excellent!!! Very efficient, charming, friendly and thoughtful! Chicken parm was a bit overcooked, had to cut away all of the edges

Brie was a fabulous server; attentive, funny, & able to bring a lighthearted banter while always being professional. The food was delicious and the supporting staff, whether seating us, refilling waters, or delivering food, were top notch.

Sadly, this will be the last time we eat at Bertucci's. The quality of their food has gone way down. All 4 of our meals were not good for this or that reason. We tried to be proactive with an allergy and contacted Bertucci's ahead of time, and one of our family members still got sick. Our server was definitely disconnected from the customer experience. My daughter's salmon and vegetables were all overdone and dry, which could be the server left it in the window too long or the kitchen. The 3 items were on the plate with no demonstration of effort toward meal presentation. When I asked questions about what exactly a special menu item was or would look like, they didn't know and literally said "I mean I don't even know if it's good so I couldn't tell you". We come from a family, where each of us served or bartended prior to our long term careers & have an understanding of the challenges in the industry but they didn't even look like they tried.

We went on Valentine's Day given how busy it was the food was hot, quick service, and amazing service.

A little nuts to get 2 salads and 2 pasta dishes for a total of $25. We have enough to feed us for at least two more meals. Hannah (waitstaff) was lovely!

16 dollars for this? Never again. Greasy and portion was awful. Roll was like an amarsoa roll you get from the grocery store. Don't even think this place is a real resturant.

Lasagna was great. Other foods were good. Tiramasu was very good. Banana cake didn't have much banana flavor.

Went to Bertucci's on 11/23, our server was Brian he was very nice and attentive to our table. He gave recommendations to food . Brian was a great server and the food he recommended was very good . Thank you Brian for making our experience at Bertucci's Christiana a great one !

Our server was adorable. The food was great, tasted fresh and we couldn't even finish it. We have lunch for tomorrow now!

Bertucci's Christina is a great place for a nice family dinner... really good food and reasonable prices. Our server, Rayna, was unbelievably wonderful. The only 2 beefs I have are the 1) bathrooms and 2) my calzone... 100% delicious and perfectly cooked but all my toppings were just piled up in one spot... so part of it, I'm eating JUST ricotta... part of it I'm eating JUST carmelized onions. Anyway... not a big giant deal but it everything was spread out it would have been more enjoyable. I still 1000% love this place tho!

Food was great and waitress was so kind when a drink was spilled all over the chair and floor!

Terrible. Chicken cheese steak was all cheese. Ordered large fries but got loaded fries which were nasty. Never again.

Rafael our server was very friendly. The food and atmosphere were great for our graduation celebration.
