the manager was rude, sent me the wrong order, wanted to argue with me, she said I am not sending you nothing, not professional at all, I am disable so I couldn't take the food back, I will contact the right people if I have to call every Pat's until I get the right person, I have been a customer over twenty years,she could have made it right, I want my money back or credit my card, I will call corporate until I get a answer
The owner is very rude. This location is sending out “fake” coupons that they will not honor. The owner stated the coupon was from the Main St location that closed. On the coupon it shows this Marrows Rd location.
Horrible, horrible customer service. I will contacting corporate.
False advertisement at this location and a rude, rude owner.
