We went for a Saturday dinner, the place was crowded but no wait time. We ordered apps we haven't tried before, Malaysian spare ribs and shrimp puffs, enjoyed them both. Satay mix was very delicious!! I had the mapo tofu as entree, the taste was good but it wasn't spicy at all, wish they had a spice scale. The fried rice and pad thai were good but nothing too exceptional about them.

Service was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.
The food was terrible. Flavorless, excessively oily. Beef rendang was slightly better than the chicken kari Malaysian. Both were still terrible.
This is not the Malaysian food that I know and expect. Much better off cooking Malaysian food at home.

Have not been back in a long time, so was glad to see that dishes still tasted delicious. Ordered:
Roti canai (appetizer)
Chicken satay ( appetizer - my favorite, so tender and tasty)
Char Kway Teow (flat rice noodles)
Beef rendang
Kangkong Belacan (water chestnut ; definitely recommended)
Crispy Golden Squid (another favorite; crispy and tender)

Prices are reasonable, ate for less than $100 with tip. Everybody was satisfied.

🥡🍜 Newark’s delicious Hidden Gem for spectacular Southeast Pan-Asian Comfort Food! Immensely developed & flavorful broths with their Dumpling Soup. Slow cooked and beautifully marinated chicken satay… With every bite, you can taste layers of seasoning and flavors paired perfectly with their peanut dipping sauce. The Malaysian house special: Curry Rendang was immaculate in its marriage of lemongrass and rich coconut milk gravy. The absolute showstopper was the Fried Ice Cream which was joyfully decimated by little hands in less than three minutes.

Wheelchair accessibility: First floor restaurant.

We went here based on the review because we wanted some healthy food. And it was great, the sushi was so good, unbelievable.
Really great service, fair prices.
Only the ambience wasn't that good, but the food made up for it. Warm greetings from Germany

Please don't order any thai food from this place, it dint taste anything like thai food. All that they did was add way too much of soy sauce, they shouldn't have these items on their menu if they can't cook the dishes properly. The worst thai that I've eaten,in fact we can't even call it thai food.

This restaurant is a must try in Newark. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was served at just the right temperature. We ordered sushi rolls as well as entrees and appetizers from the kitchen. The fish in the sushi rolls was fresh and flavorful; each roll had unique combinations of flavor and texture. Our entrees (drunken noodles and pad thai) were expertly prepared. The texture of the noodles and the seasonings of the sauces were spot on. We also highly recommend the Roti Canai, Tofu Satay, and Lettuce Wraps.

Quaint place tucked in the back of the shopping center. Excellent food and service.

Vegetarian options: Most any dish can be made vegetarian. Be sure to ask if they use fish sauce if you don't eat fish. Some restaurants use the sauce even in vegetarian options.

Parking: Lots of parking.
