Took about an 1hr to get my pizza and that was a carryout order. They were nice to give me a free soda for the wait. It seemed they were understaffed and busy so I get it. It may be faster, I can update when I order pizza again.

There was a dude there that couldn't find our order but he compensated us and was the most polite person I have met at any pizza hut. For real people like him need raises and need more recognition. Thanks a lot man!!!!

Terrible experience. Took 50 minutes after being told 10-20. 3 different employees asked my name and what I ordered then walked away never to be seen again. Things happen yes. But being rude on top of all this makes it worse

I will never go to Pizza Hut again. I went to Pizza Hut on February 14 2020 got waited on and after an hour I left cause they never brought the food. Since covid 19 happened I thought I’d order from different places and thought I’d give them a try again. Ordered food at 5pm, driver never showed up. Never again will I go to Pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza from this location on 5/3/2020. I received the wrong pizza, but when I called back, my call was sent to a call center instead of the store. I told them what happened and they said they could offer me a credit for a pizza at another time or have another one made and sent out to me, as well as a refund if I gave the incorrect pizza back. I chose the new pizza and a refund. We didn’t touch the wrong pizza, so it wasn’t a problem to give it back. A while la

Super slow delivery w/ obv cold food. I try every 4/5 months when I’m in the mood for “bad pizza” and it’s always the same - worse than bad. Same issues. Same d*** looking delivery guy. Terrible.

Thee worse customer service ever, but you got the right one. I witnessed the pizza person not wearing gloves with whole conronaviruse going on. When it was my turn i made the comment to the cashier who stated the dont have to wear gloves because the oven kills the germs. She proceeds to tell the pizza maker what I said who then says loudly "LET. E WASH MY HANDS " As you should be duh dummy. Waited 7 minutes even though i ordered and paid online. Get my 3 pizzas get home and

This was supposed to be 1 star I need to just give up. Pizza Hut is a memory. My wife felt like Pizza Hut. Figured OK I'll try. Call at 5:30PM. They take my order tell me yes your 2.9 Mike's away there delivery zone is 4 miles. Ok pay.. waiting at 7:30 PM I call to check. 2 hours . Oh we need you to pick up your pizza???? What happened to no problem we will deliver within 45 minutes What a shame. Stick.en with a a fork they are done. Totally unnexceptable. GB ....

I called and ordered 2 personal pan pizzas the other day and the person on the phone said it would be 30 minutes and so I waited and waited and never got my food. I ended up waiting 3 hours and I called and the lady told me it was void. I never got my food.
