Horrible service 3 hour wait for delivery. Why even open the store if you can’t give 100% service to your customers. Never again will we call Pizza Hut ?

Stopped by here as I was in the area and in need of a quick lunch. It was late around 2:25pm. So, I figured it would be after "lunch", but before "dinner" for most. Usually there is NO line at this counter inside the Target anyways, so I thought it would be ideal. However, when I arrived, I found the counter 3 deep with Target employees. I grabbed the LAST personal cheese pizza and an order of breadsticks. I had to wait as I watched the Pizza Hut employee SLOWLY prepare what I believe was a soft pretzel for another customer. Finally I was able to pay and get on my way. Overall, service was a tad slow, but was friendly. Product selection was better than last time. I was surprised to see bread sticks were available so I was able to purchase the combo this trip. Food was good. Pizza was HOT and tasty. Bread sticks were good as was the dipping sauce. Soda tasted FLAT. Price was a little high. I believe I spent around $7-8 for a personal pizza, 3 bread sticks and a fountain soda. Note: This location is an EXPRESS with a VERY limited menu available for carry-out ONLY. Bottom Line: I would go here IF I wanted a personal pan pizza quick and was in the area. Otherwise, there are better options to be found at local restaurants and even in the mall food court.

I like the food. But they are always slow do not have the ingredients. The buffet os at 11 and I came at 11:55 and said they dont know what time Will be ready. Other time order online said 20 minutes I es waiting 1 hour 15 minutes

I stopped in here since I was working in the area. I had to run into the Target to pick up an order & thought I would grab a quick lunch from the Pizza Hut Express here in order to save time. I approached the ordering window and looked over the "limited" menu. They offered some grab & go personal sized pizzas, breadsticks, fountain sodas and Nathan's Hot dogs. I think they have popcorn too. There was NO employee to be found behind the counter, so I shouted out "Hello". Finally after several minutes of hearing rustling in the back, an employee emerged. I tried to order a combo that came with a pizza and breadsticks. I was told they were OUT of breadsticks. So I tried to order a Nathan's Hot Dog and was told they were OUT. I asked why they were OUT of everything. At that point the employee admits that they did HAVE hot dogs, but ALL of the buns were FROZEN. So, do they actually intend to try to sell hot dogs IF they do NOT even thaw out the buns? My guess would be NO. The only option available was a grab and go personal sized pizza. So, I purchased that and headed for the parking lot. Overall, a TERRIBLE experience in terms of customer service. I know this is a Pizza Hut Express where the menu is limited and ONLY available as carryout. BUT come on people...even your "Limited" menu was NOT available for purchase. The pizza I did have was VERY HOT. I actually burnt my mouth on the sauce! The personal pizza was not large, but I will admit that it was tasty. I would NOT say it was amazing, but good. Bottom Line: I would probably NOT recommend.
