Products are great, slowest service I've experienced in a long time. Wife went there twice in last 2 weeks and customers that came in after her were served first even though my wife ordered and paid. Best to travel further to another to save time.

Im giving this place 3 stars because I purchased a acai bowl and was expecting it to come in a larger clear container but got a smaller black container instead. Im not sure if they just didn't have any of the clear containers instead but I feel like it should come with more acai base considering the one bowl was $11.50. Ive seen the other locations use those clear containers and it's even on the website. Please do better for your customers. It's not like these smoothies are cheap.
Other than that, I've always gotten smoothies from here and it's great. Service is quick.

There was just one very, very beautiful white man with blonde curly hair. He helped me out so much in so many different ways. I absolutely love what he did with that smoothie he made it taste phenomenal and I just I adored it when I was in the car I loved the service. I even wanted to get his number because of how beautiful he was

The best smoothies and everyone is so nice and welcoming!
First time going to planet smoothie. Went in at 8:15 pm and the place closed at 9:30pm. Was told the smoothie side was no longer up and running and when asked for a menu, the girl with blonde hair and fake eyelashes pointed to the screen behind her and with an attitude said right there. I only asked bc I didn’t have my glasses on and couldn’t fully see the screen behind her. I asked if it was ice cream and she says uhh it’s frozen yogurt as if I’m already supposed to know that. The service was just not friendly or inviting.

not a review but is this place permanently closed?! i went there the other day and the doors were locked in a Wednesday @ 1 o'clock pm. i went online and they changed all their hours to closed. i tried calling them and today and the phone just rang and rang. no one picked up and no answering machine. i will be heart broken if they are truly closed because this is the BEST smoothie place around ? tropical smoothie is also good but they don't have as many smoothie options and just aren't nearly as good in my opinion. i hope maybe there's something shortly going on where the owner had to close for a bit. hopefully everything is okay and y'all will open back up soon! i also have a lot of point i have yet to use lol
