not a review but is this place permanently closed?! i went there the other day and the doors were locked in a Wednesday @ 1 o'clock pm. i went online and they changed all their hours to closed. i tried calling them and today and the phone just rang and rang. no one picked up and no answering machine. i will be heart broken if they are truly closed because this is the BEST smoothie place around ? tropical smoothie is also good but they don't have as many smoothie options and just aren't nearly as good in my opinion. i hope maybe there's something shortly going on where the owner had to close for a bit. hopefully everything is okay and y'all will open back up soon! i also have a lot of point i have yet to use lol

Yum!!! The young lady that was cashier was very polite, professional and manners. She gave us a lot of information about the upcoming special, which half the time staff don’t care about. I was glad she did. Thank you. The store itself was very clean, the drink options were great and abundant. They seem to be very community active.

Every time I come to the area for work, I stop here. I never thought I'd be a fan of PB in my smoothies, but I am a changed woman. These are hands down, the best smoothies around and the service is always wonderful. Kudos!

I go to Planet Smoothie at least 3-4 times a week. I have never had an issue until today. Normally, the service is good, staff is friendly and drinks are delicious. Today (4/15/22) I went in at 11:30am. There were six people in front of me and three behind me. It took ten minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me and take my order! The staff screwed up the orders and the three women who came in last got their drinks first while the rest of us waited. One of the women who ordered before me got tired of waiting and left. Two online orders came in and had to wait, as well. I was the last to get my smoothie a half hour after I ordered it! This was very disappointing.
