Favorite poke bowl place in DE. They have an amazing selection of fresh ingredients, and the best part is that they don’t nickel-and-dime you for extra veggies! The prices are really reasonable, and every bowl I’ve had has been delicious. Definitely my favorite place so far!

I got a regular bowl with spicy crab and tempura shrimp and a coffee milk tea. It was SOOO GOOOOOD. And huge to only be the regular size. Hit all the spots. I absolutely recommend and can't wait to go again.

Love this place inside the mall for a healthy meal & bubble tea! They have the best tapioca pearls & fruit teas. The poke bowls are great too, the toppings are always fresh and hand-cut.

If you’ve ever had Poke Bros this will disappoint you. Well put together, very friendly staff and a well kept area but the quality of food for it being Poke is unfortunately lacking. Particularly the tuna and the rice. The tuna cuts are low quality if you’ve had high quality tuna you can see and feel the difference. As far as the rice goes it’s a little cover cooked.

Nice Japanese food and bubble tea inside the mall with decent portion. Ordered the regular bowl, with half rice and half salad base. You can choose up to 7 toppings. For the 2 scoops of meat, my go-to are squid salad and shrimp tempura. The sushi rice is lightly seasoned, and it go well with any sauce of your choice (I have tried Wasabi aoli – overall sweet with a hint of spiciness from wasabi and sweet mango) The bubble tea is alright. I have tried their Dark oolong bubble tea and brown sugar bubble milk tea. The bubbles are on the smaller and softer side, not my favorite but more personal preference. The tea flavor is very mild and milkier than I would like.

First time doing a poke bowl and it exceeded our expectations. The spicy crab and spicy tuna were awesome. Also, the jasmine Mango bubble drink was better than expected. The food is filling without weighing you down. Wished we lived closer so we could eat here more often.

Don’t be fooled by this being in a mall or part of a chain. I try a Poke bowl every time I’m in a new city and Poke It Up is consistently at the top of the list (regardless of location). They also provide very filling portions, reasonable pricing, and delicious & unique drinks!

Went here yesterday with a friend because she wanted to try it out after a few hours of eating their(and for the record I haven’t had anything else besides here) I started having really bad stomach pain. I started throwing up profusely. Went to the hospital at four in the morning because the pain in my stomach was so bad. Turns out I have sever food poisoning, which led me to become very dehydrated and started throwing up blood. I threw up so much I had ruptured blood vessels in my esophagus. I have gotten food poisoning before but never this severe. I do not recommend consuming this food unless you want to find yourself and agonizing pain and a huge medical bill!!!!!

I went there to get a simple iced coconut milk tea with added boba. When I received it I immediately could tell something was wrong it was completely white appearing like it was only coconut. I tried it and it was sickening sweet. I took it back just to see if I could get some tea added, they began to argue with me over it making points that I was extremely confused about. I would have been perfectly happy with them just saying I’m sorry there was clearly some misunderstanding but they chose to argue with me over it. Super disappointed.

Our family's favorite place. We always have lunch there and buy drinks when we visit Christiana Mall. Very tasty bowls. We love the veggie bowl. And we recommend trying all passion fruit teas.
