i ordered the new cheese bite things the container was less than halfway full, only 4 of them in my actual meal and I ordered a 3 piece of the new garlic tenders they gave me two plan tenders

Late night dinner

Provided wrong food cheaper than our order. Dirty packaging. Long waiting. Grumpy waiter and waitress. Food was ready, yet said unready when asked, and kept us waiting.

The hot chicken sandwich was perfect and the beans and rice were also great. However, when my order came, the cashier put it on the counter and I asked if it was mine to confirm. He responded by lecturing me about paying attention to my order number for a while, finally concluding that it was. He continued to go on, lecturing me as I walked away. Then, I noticed the biscuit that the menu says comes with the meal was missing. I went back to ask and he insisted that it wasn’t part of the meal.
So I received a great chicken sandwich, a tongue lashing for asking a question, and a denial of part of the meal. I’m actually kinda laughing at how trifling this kid was. What a piece of work.

Forget items from the orders. Also, added bacon to my sandwich and were asking me to take care of it coz, I quote the manager - "Mistakes happen". Went to the chickfila across and had really good food and service.

I never thought I would write a review for a fast food restaurant especially one in the mall, but you just gave to give this Popeyes props. Fresh food, not stingy with the portions, and they DONT charge extra for sauce. 10/10

Work in mall went here yesterday on my lunch paid 15 for a 3 peice meal got home and only had 3 legs called the store no answer

Amazing the best Popeyes in the area. The chicken's always fresh. They always give you the right amount. They don't cut corners like other restaurants. /fast food in the mall.

Twice now they left something out of our order. And the workers either don’t speak or understand English or deliberately just don’t respond properly. They just nod. Won’t be back. Too expensive and Chick Fil A never messes up. Do yourself a favor and go patronize the friendly counter across the food court where they don’t just stare at you with a dumb look on their face while they hand you a messed up order. The job really is not that hard.

Don't get doordash from here they will mess up the order not out any silverware in the bag and forget your sauce. Ruining the dinner experience for a 25$delivery

11/19/23 food poisoning. All 4 members of my family affected with vomiting and diarrhea within 12 hours. Suffice it to say, won’t be back.

This location is the absolute worst. No one can tell me they are not purposely not giving me the sauces I order each time, which is extra money! The only time I get exactly what I ordered is if I pickup. If it’s delivery they won’t give you what you ordered. Happens 10/10 times. Not ordering from here again.

This beautiful chicken feather is still reluctant to leave... But there is one thing to say, Popeyes spicy sandwiches are still good.
