Terrible customer service, I payed for a combo . Didn’t get my fries then have to debate if I didn’t pay for it . When I had the receipt.

Unbelievably overpriced and food is below Popeyes quality. They don't care since it's a travel stop and customers will not be coming back anyway.

I have never been so insulted (publicly and in front of my children) in my life. There was a total customer service breakdown taking place at this counter. Sad. I was sick to my stomach for an hour and a half after that exchange. I will try not to let that memory taint my view of Popeyes.

Someone needs to be held accountable for the lack of competence in the establishment. How is that the store house posted says closing time is 11pm but the workers are cleaning and closing at 9:45pm

As the other customer's review said, they tend to order incorrect (extra) pieces for you to pay more. They don't have $0 free drinks and will give you medium which is $3.69/cup, and they won't tell you until you see the receipt. Worst Popeyes ever visited.

Order was incorrectct twice and the manager triied to act like I was the problem for asking to have what I actually paid for. Chicken tasted unseasoned and the chicken and fries were cold. Overpriced. Definitely not up to par for what you would expect at Popeyes. Never again!

Not a big chicken fan but when I do want some I make this my first choice. Love their spicy chicken sandwich.

Literally the worst Popeyes experience and I'm from Baltimore. Go figureFirst of all the young gentleman waiting on me hated his job it seemed. We ordered 2 x 2 piece meals. My breast had to be split in half or still going through puberty. Chicken tasted like flour and nothing else. Strange for a Popeyes chain. I even added Cajun sprinkle. My mashed potatoes had a nickle size amount of gravy but to top it off. A sring of plastic was found with my almost second spoonful. The sprite and cherry coke were flat in the machines so I switched to pink lemonade which tasted like the machines need to be cleaned. I just gave up.i have no intentions on returning to this Popeyes.

Supposedly the restaurant is open, but its employees are not working yet and everyone is at their jobs but not attending. I think they should be honest with the opening time.
