Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’m not the kind to leave bad reviews, however this experience was not something I’m able to wrap my head around. After getting the food, we asked the worker for some honey which she gave us, but when we asked for mayonnaise she snapped with an attitude telling us that Burger King had Mayo. Once we realized they gave us spicy chicken instead of normal, we went in to get the normal one, which they then gave us the normal 2 piece chicken. This experience was not pleasant at all.

Worst Popeyes they give zero care to the customer. Nickel diming me for sauce. Skimpy portions and the chicken was not fresh and very dry. No napkins and an attitude with service. Will never return. I hope they go out of business.

Spent over 3 hours trying to wait for food and it was only a chicken sandwich, they also wouldnt give refunds and refused to compensate us for the time we spent waiting never come here

This is probably the worst chain store in the US. I spent 17.23 in the store, but I didn't receive all my food after paying! When I asked the cashier for the food she owed me, she took my receipt to check. When she came back, I asked her again about the food she owed me. She said she didn't owe me any food, and then asked me to show her the receipt again. I said you had just taken my receipt, and she started acting at this time, saying that she didn't see any receipt, and she didn't admit that she owed me any food! I really couldn't believe my ears. There are such shameless people who are really good at cheating! I got angry and called their manager to tell him what happened. He didn't believe my story and asked me to show the receipt. I said the receipt had been taken away by your cashier and I didn't have the receipt! He didn't admit that it was their fault! Later, I showed him the consumption records on my phone and asked to check the surveillance video. It would be best if they couldn't continue to act, and then give me the food they owed me! I really find it funny. How can there be such a ridiculous person who cheats customers at their job? Is it because I'm black? This could be considered racial discrimination!! I hope you can read my story, take a good look at your receipt and check the food you bought before leaving the counter! I wish those who read this topic better luck!

Unbelievably overpriced and food is below Popeyes quality. They don't care since it's a travel stop and customers will not be coming back anyway.

I have never been so insulted (publicly and in front of my children) in my life. There was a total customer service breakdown taking place at this counter. Sad. I was sick to my stomach for an hour and a half after that exchange. I will try not to let that memory taint my view of Popeyes.

Someone needs to be held accountable for the lack of competence in the establishment. How is that the store house posted says closing time is 11pm but the workers are cleaning and closing at 9:45pm

As the other customer's review said, they tend to order incorrect (extra) pieces for you to pay more. They don't have $0 free drinks and will give you medium which is $3.69/cup, and they won't tell you until you see the receipt. Worst Popeyes ever visited.
