I stopped by here on a road trip to NY, and I must say I am incredibly impressed! The price of the food is significantly cheaper than where I live, plus there’s NO TAX! A 16 piece chicken only here costs only $33, while in VA it costs $38. Not only is it much cheaper, it also tastes so much better! We got our 16 piece box with no wings since my younger sister is extremely picky with her food, so we would save her the drums and thighs while the rest of us dig in on the breasts. The breasts were juicy and flavorful, no hint of saltiness at all! Perfectly seasoned and crispy breading.Even after bringing home the leftover chicken and reheating it in the toaster oven, the juiciness still maintains and the taste is still immaculate. Overall I would recommend going here when on a long road trip.

Easily the worst Popeye’s I’ve been to. My buddy and I each ordered spicy three-piece tenders and they 1) did not give us spicy tenders and 2) served easily the saddest, flattest tenders I’ve ever been served at a Popeye’s, which had more breading to the meat than actual meat itself. I get it’s a rest stop Popeye’s, but c’mon ya’ll need to do way better than this serving of a failure. This is also a more expensive Popeye’s too, which sure ain’t as heck worth it.

*??♀️This Popeyes is way overpriced. I'm from NYC. Also am a Popeyes rewards member. This location DOES NOT participate in the program and this is the only thing I eat from this location. So I couldn't redeem my points for food which is really what I needed to do here because they're expensive.**So I end up spending ?? 22$ on a 3pc combo (2tiny wings, a breast, a side of fries and drink) and 3 strawberry biscuits (which are delicious)! Pic shows the breast for me and my daughter gave me some of her fries and the 3 biscuits still in the bag.***With my rewards I could've gotten to use an offer for 6pc wings +3 pc tenders and 2 sides for $12.99 and we'd both be fed and full til we reach home....If my daughter wasn't hungry I wouldn't have bought from here. Would've waited til we reached New York for some reasonably priced food options. Never again! No way!

I ordered a 3 piece with fries for the side when i got on my bus it was a large bag of fries instead of my 3 piece i took pics so i need my money or my chicken back next time i come there..the cashier looked in the box and gave me fries i bet she took it home though.

Whoever prepare the sides need to be sent back to culinary school or retraining. I have come to this places twice. The first time I tried the Cole slaw and today I tried Mac n cheese. None of them tasted fresh or yummy. Very disappointed.
