There is a major backup both ways on 95 so the rest stop is packed. The other restaurants’ workers look demoralized by the crowd but not here. Here they are working fast and super friendly. The food is good. Highly recommend them
Best sandwiches, wraps, salads ever for a highway rest stop!
If I can I would leave 0 Stars,
Service with Attitude.
NO CASH TELL YOU AFTER STANDING IN LONG LINE TO PAY
If you don’t take CASH should not be PROVIDING service
Stopped at the Delaware rest stop on my way to Washington, DC and grabbed a ham and cheese baguette, almond croissant, and a dark roast coffee. I was genuinely surprised at how fresh and delicious everything was, so much so that I made a point to stop again on the way back!
The baguette was perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of ham, cheese, greens, and a flavorful mustard/mayo dressing. The almond croissant was warm, buttery, and had the perfect amount of almond paste.
The dark roast coffee on my first visit wasn't great, it tasted like it had been sitting out too long. On my return trip, I tried the regular coffee (which I was told is their most popular), and it was much better.
Service was excellent both times, and I’m already looking forward to trying more of their offerings—especially the salads, which looked fantastic!
Rude staff, terrible service. Will not be going to pret a manger again. Many better options available.
I don't know what it is, but it was in the soup.
I can’t believe how expensive it is now. $11.49 for a simple tuna sandwich - come on! Unfortunately this place is the only somewhat healthy place in the entire station.

Horrible place, overpriced, coffee is discussing despite the label of being “organic “ and “fresh”

Over $15 for a salad that did not taste fresh and was prepackaged. Little protein in it as well.

Returning from New Jersey we made a stop at Delaware House Plaza to get sandwiches at Pret A Manager . Shame the skinny sandwiches are no longer available…economical and great to eat. We got the BLT and a vanilla latte. Delicious even cold.

It's a shame - I ordered a latte with oat milk and, despite asking, received a latte with cow's milk that was so hot that I only discovered it 50 kilometers later

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was the only one at the counter and 4 employees proceeded to ignore me and avoid eye contact. After about a minute and a half I said “I haven’t ordered yet” to which I got this look that basically said “and….?” like I was inconveniencing them for asking them to do their job.
In the whole interaction, no words were even spoken to me, not even to tell me the cost; I only received dirty looks. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so flabbergasted by this whole interaction that I felt like I needed to write one. If you don’t want to deal with people, get out of the service industry. I wish I went across the street to Starbucks instead, I encourage you to do the same.

Food was good -- only healthy options in the entire rest stop! Staff was fine if a bit unmotivated.

Do not recommend going here. The employees were all rude. First as I was browsing the food, the guy who was putting food up yelled for misplaced foods when we barely touched anything. Then as we were checking out, another young man/ the cashier held the receipt with a strong grip before letting go.Did nothing to deserve this treatment. Ruined the whole experience, food didn’t even taste good after this.
