Tenzing lama

Do not recommend going here. The employees were all rude. First as I was browsing the food, the guy who was putting food up yelled for misplaced foods when we barely touched anything. Then as we were checking out, another young man/ the cashier held the receipt with a strong grip before letting go.Did nothing to deserve this treatment. Ruined the whole experience, food didn’t even taste good after this.

Horrible experience at this Pret a Manger location (& i typicallyrave about this franchise). The woman who took our order (who said her name was Maria when i asked) was rude and overcharged me for tint expresso coffees. The coffee was freezing cold and when I tried to explain that she mixed up the order she proceeded to remake my expressos and direct me to the back where the milk was , leading to freezing cold coffee. No body at this location wanted to work. From the moment we arrived, the presence of me and my kids seemed to bother them. NEVER AGAIN. especially for $23.00. I am so upset at my experience I will be calling corporate office. Do not work in the service industry if you don't like people!!!! Disgusted.

I just had one of my absolute worst experiences at a Pret; mainly due to the cashier/manager here. I asked if the croissants were warm and she said yes then gave me two that were not. Maybe room temp and did not even apologize when I wanted to return them. I walked away hating the brand and regretting my purchase. You lost my business and loyalty for putting someone like this in charge .

On this visit, the lady was unhelpful and was not at all interested in me as a customer. I have been before and the younger lady was lovely.

The staff is rude and the latte was terrible. You’re better off buying a coffee drink from a convenience store. Plus way overpriced.

People like to 'trash talk' Pret, but I think it is one of the best places around for a quick sandwich, soup, salad, yogurt and fruit...especially on an Interstate rest area. The sandwich selections are eclectic but great. The Caprese baguette is my favorite, as is the chicken salad on regular bread. Great soups, great salads and sides and really good lemonade. Their coffee is not so good, but you shouldn't drink coffee with sandwiches anyway :). Check this place out...head and shoulders above any of the other fast-food garbage that one normally encounters at rest areas. And it's good for you too.

I would leave a 0 stars review if I could. Coffee is horrible; no exaggeration. Made my coffee wrong the first time and then the second time it was even worse with the addition of a lovely hair. Can’t speak about the food but, the coffee horrendous. Would not recommend

Good selection of sandwiches and coffees. Despite the high number of guests, the staff was quick and friendly
