One one of my kids‘s favorite places for a quick breakfast bite love the bakery/pastry section that they offer the grilled croissants and muffins are our favorite. The only place that sells cinnamon twists warmed up so good.

Food was 2 sandwhiches, 2 bags of chips, and a banana foster muffin. Sandwhiches were very good & worth the money. Think Panera prices (I think, haven't been in a bit), but the food is actually good and not hospital food.

The bananas foster muffin was amazing & makes me wish I lived closer!

I like to grab breakfast before work here when I'm in a rush. I often use delivery apps for pickup and their food is delicious and quick. I typically get a sausage egg and cheese bagel and maybe a muffin and all their ingredients are fresh nutrient dense. I do wish the prices would go down just slightly or if they offered smaller and less expensive portions, this is not something to have everyday. Highly recommend the golden retriever for a lunch option.

The sandwich was old bread, minimal ingredients and missing cheese from the description. Lame! Not worth $15. Sounded good and $4 sandwich at a grocery store would be better.

A few weeks ago I had lunch at Purebread Deli with my sister. I ordered a "create your own sandwich". I was really looking forward to eating my sandwich. My sister had told me how delicious these sandwiches were. However, when I took my first bite, I felt something in my mouth that didn't seem right. I took it out and it looked like paper. I thought, that couldn't be. So I took another bite. And again, the same thing. I opened the sandwich and there was a sheet of paper in my sandwich that they use to separate the lunch meat or the cheese! I took the sandwich back up to the counter and asked for the manager. She didn't really seem to care. She opened the sandwich, saw the paper and tossed it in the garbage! She said, "Sorry! I'll give you a refund." (Athough, I don't think she was sorry!)
What I am most concerned about, is that she didn't offer to make me a new sandwich. She didn't ask if I would like something else. She seemed very unconcerned about the situation. She just refunded the money and went about her business. To me that is poor customer service! No offer to please me! I believe your management team needs some further training in customer service! And your kitchen staff needs to pay attention to what they are putting in a sandwich!!
My sister said that her sandwich was good, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about mine!! Not coming back! Consumer beware!

I went in today to get to-go food for lunch and all the people working were exceptionally polite! It did not go unnoticed and I just wanted to show my appreciation for all the positive attitudes and friendly smiles! :) I will be back soon, being friendly goes a long way!!

Homeless man sleeping outside in the freezing cold at 6 am, and a guy who works there comes in to kick him out even though the store jsnt open, needs to shut down due to lack of compassion for the unfortunate
