QDOBA Mexican Eats

I’ve been going to this Qdoba for a while and I order the same thing every time. A taco salad with 3 items on the side. My last visit two weeks ago was exactly that..MY LAST VISIT!! The lady who usually cooks waited on me. Time to pay and she charges me $2.00 a piece for the items on the side (black beans, pico and cheese). I’m in there so often the male manager calls me “on the side lady”. The two other workers that have waited on me numerous times just stand there not saying a word and acting like they have no idea what’s happening. The salad was left on the counter and I asked for my money back. Sadly I purchased 3 gift cards for family. It’s unbelievable that these 2 other workers stood there and said nothing about my order. I’m going from a 3 a week visit to NO visits. I’m not going to be treated like that and I’m not going to allow this place to have my money anymore. I love the veg taco salad and now I will find a place that values me as a customer.

I had worst experience today with my family. Came to experience the food but was left with disappointment. I asked for simple hot Sauce to taste but the employee denied giving even a tiny bit amount of Sauce to taste on the side saying I need to pay $1 for it. Never ever had such arrogant experience any another food chain. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Food is great, service is alright but the vibes in the store arent very friendly. Most times id rather take the food to go than dine in. Also their soda machine seems to always be out of flavors.

Food is good, the place was honestly really filthy. It wasn't like they were busy, it was literally just me and my family there. But there wasn't a single clean table or chair in there. Food is good for what it is, they just need to work on keeping things tidy

Took away the best deal on campus. Doesn't offer the same quality they do when they are still open at late hours. Worst qdoba ever chipotle on main is much better!

First visit.
Music upon entering was too loud, causing other diners to shout their conversations.
The building and workspace looked clean. Yet the only light (most of the light) was from the sun outside.
Some employees seemed to glare at me. Only one said hello; she looked like she was trying to be cheerful, but could tell she didn't want to be there.
Many food topping choices. And it tasted good. If I want some quick food to go, I might make an advanced order next time.

The service was outstanding, we didn’t understand how to get the promotions and they walked us through. Plus you don’t have to pay extra to have guac in your bowl. I completely recommend!
