QDOBA Mexican Eats

I would like to thank Eddie and his staff at the Fashion Center location. He helped resolve a matter I had as I was trying to redeem a five dollar credit on a bowl I was purchasing and not only took care of that but also gave me complimentary chips and cheese. Thanks again Eddie and keep up the good work!

For the price the food was ok. I got a bowl and asked for the cholula chicken the was not enough chicken for the size of the bowl.

First time in chipotle rip off and like it

I asked for a crusted cheese quesadilla, and I don’t think she heard or understood me the first time. She asked me to repeat myself. again I said “crusted quesadilla please,” and she nodded and began my order. I noticed that she wasn’t putting cheese on the grill but I figured maybe they grill it lightly first. I turned to get napkins and my food was ready. I sat down and opened it, and there was no cheese. I let the cashier know and she asked for the receipt, and sure enough they didn’t charge for the crusted quesadilla, just a regular. now I look ridiculous like I’d just changed my mind, and I tried to politely let her know I asked for the crusted quesadilla. I hate asking things like that so I was as polite as humanly possible, but I was still met with irritation and attitude. Fine, I understand— I work in hospitality too. I offered to pay for a whole new order and she just put her hand out to ask for my food back. I gave it to her along with the $1.75 that it cost, and they put it back on the grill with cheese. I kid you not she grilled it for maybe 20 seconds on each side. What I received was a quesadilla covered in a thick, gloopy layer of cheese that looked extremely unappetizing. I wish I had just gone to shake shack across the street instead…

Love qdoba, My guy the manager be knowing me when I come in and get my chips and queso. Favorite place!

Just tried this place because my coworker goes here all the time and I'm so happy I did. I love how you can make your own bowl and modify it. The food was tasty and fresh. The customer service was excellent as well. I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee when I walked up to the counter and my food was ready on time. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant + restrooms

They used to be sooooo much better, better staff and food. The past year they have went completely downhill. The general manager is very rude and he doesn’t care about his guests or try to fix issues instead he gets and attitude and brushes you off. Definitely miss the old team here they should look into replacing and revamping this place. Do better.
