First time at Qdoba. Ordered burrito on National Burrito Day. I understand that wait times may be a little longer on big days, but I waited OVER an hour for a mobile order and ultimately left without food. I felt TERRIBLE for the employees working. OBVIOUSLY there were not enough employees working. Whoever is the scheduling manager SERIOUSLY do better. Common sense says days like today should be staffed with double or triple the number of employees. I’ll be back out of love for the employees put in a terrible situation, but this location and the management needs to do better!!!

I came here today for lunch to let my mom try Qdoba for the first time. I proceeded to place my order only getting to step 1 when the server RUDELY cut me off and said I needed to order faster because she had take out orders to make, I said ok, then she proceeded to walk away from me and my started order. This is TERRIBLE customer service!! I did not want someone with this kind of attitude making my food so I immediately left. This is very disappointing as I usually like Qdoba and was looking forward to lunch and this was my mom’s first try of Qdoba and this is the worst first impression. No one with this attitude should be in the service industry.

First time I’ve ever been in a Qdoba. Nothing seriously of note with the food. It’s a style & it’s what I wanted in a clean environment. What *is* of note is the wonderful ray of sunshine behind the counter whose name is Dawn. I’d come back just for the energy she brings.
All around the worst Qdoba I’ve been to…mostly the guy named mike he’s a real headache and he’s always got something negative to say. I’ve had problems and needed help and always got attitude and a stank face look on his face all the time and I don’t know

I came to get a quick nutritious meal. The young lady was not pleasant at all. She however was not rude. I noticed that the food area was messy. I however allowed my hunger to make the decision to proceed. When I got home I ate food that was room temperature and it was not very good. It tasted as if it had been sitting for a while .Parking: Lots of options.

Food is amazing, I usually order online for pickup, but I decided to go in and order and the customer service was really lacking. I was the only customer in there when I went in and they never greeted me and they started making comments to each other before allowing me to order.

Ordered 2 Chicken bowls with additional chicken. Bowls had barely any chicken. Less chicken than a normal order without extra protein. Shady of Qdoba for training their employees to do that while charging extra.
While I have received the wrong order twice at this location, the management team really does go out of their way to correct it or make you happy but at be nice when you address it with them. Mistakes happen, I get it. I’m not sure what manager I spoke to the first time it happened but it was a woman but she was great. Today I spoke to DaShawn (my apologies if I spelled that wrong). Thank you for excellent customer service and offering to correct the mistake, it is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

Drove 20 minutes to pick up my order and found it was incomplete, missing the queso and guac I paid extra for. Employees were unprofessional, loudly joking and complaining. They seemed indifferent to the mistake when I reached out after getting home. Very disappointed, and I won't be returning.

I went in there and Chelsea hooked me up. She was so polite and nice when making my food, it made me happy to be there. She went above and beyond and was so patient with me since I’m not familiar with QDoba at all. I will definitely be returning to this location. Chelsea deserves a raise for sure!

There’s no leadership at this location. I briefly thought a few months back it was turning around for the better. And I was wrong. The store is a mess. Employees have AirPods in. My take out order was given away to someone else.Literally and figuratively a mess. Go anywhere else.
