We Visited this past Tuesday for the crab leg special for $20 and had a fantastic visit. The employees were awesome with customer service the entire time. It was a packed house an our Server April treated us like we were kings and queens. She explained everything and often checked on us every chance she had. She is a treasure to have working for Red Lobster. April and the manager Michael was flowing and helping every tables in the bar area and the other side with such a professional attitude all 4 of us was impressed. The Manager was not only managing he was delivering food , cleaning tables and the way he was speaking to April and the working with staff it was cool to see a good example of leadership with a smile and not letting his title be above his work ethic. Kudos to the entire Team Especially Mrs April.

I brought my daughter to Red Lobster as a birthday dinner. It so happened to be during Lobsterfest. So, there were a lot of great options. The restaurant was surprisingly not busy. Our server was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. The food was great. I was glad I could share one of my happy places to eat with my daughter. It is also her happy place. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I would definitely repeat.

My fiancé and I stopped in this location a couples nights ago for date night. I was blown away by the great hospitality as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted so nicely, immediately by the manager Mj and swiftly brought to our table where we chatted for a minute about our day and Mj let us know that he’d make sure our first experience here would be a great one. then he let us know our server shamecca would be over to get us started in a minute. Shamecca was awesome, they brought our drinks quickly and our food and made sure to check in with us often.
Overall it was a great experience like Mj said it would be:)

My food was fantastic but to be honest, this 5 star review is because of the outstanding customer service. Our server Lenvil is the reason that we will be going out of our way passing several other red lobster locations to make our way to this one! He was friendly and professional. He made sure that he checked on us and that our orders came out perfectly. We had a larger party and some of our people are honestly not the most polite. He handled us with grace and patience. Stellar service like what he provided is rare and great appreciated. We will be coming back from out of state to come here for a great time! Thanks again Lenvil and the red lobster team. Also the manager Michael Jackson was very accommodating. Very personable.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years but I felt there was Improvement in the overall quality! Our food was good family had great portion sizes. My husband and I both felt the recipes had improved and I was surprised how much Lobster was inside two of the dishes we ordered. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. Rachel our waitress was exceptional. I definitely recommend this location off Churchmans Road!
