Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I've visited multiple Rita's in the area- this location is the one in which the mobile application has been the most reliable. What's more is that the staff are very efficient at troubleshooting. They did not have a working scanner, for instance, and getting my loyalty info/redeeming a coupon was still no issue. Friendly & courteous staff as well.

The prices are going through the roof.

Nothing like a mango gelati after a good meal

In the Rita Italian water ice located in the Newark Shopping Plaza, Newark Delaware. I was treated very nice by this young man name Jason on Friday afternoon at 5:13 pm. Great service, listened to my instructions. Served with a smile. We need more young folks like him to know what customers service is all about. I will be back again. As always this iced was very good.

Extremely rude staff I was treated with disrespect and unbelievably unprofessional language and attitudes. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never go back. They need new management immediately.

Saddest large custard I've ever seen

?Perfect Summer Treat! A little chocolaty-vanilla low-cal, no guilt swirl action!!! Always tasty! Tons of options and combinations! Never disappoints!!!

I’ve never had a better experience at a rita’s in my entire life.. and it’s all thanks to GRACE. I ordered my gelati and got it almost immediately with a perfect water ice to custard ratio. I’ve never felt more welcomed at any food place than this rita’s and i’ve never been served by someone better than grace. Thank you for an amazing rita’s experience grace.
