The counter staff seems annoyed when you can't use their self checkout. Stood there talking until I said, excuse me for assistance. Then I got the eye roll, they don't even greet you, look at you, or say thank you. Sorry to bother you to do your job. There were three behind the counter... I hate this location.

If you sign up for their rewards card you get free stuff when you spend and staff is always friendly. Plus the chicken is amazing and delicious. It always good to get the family chicken dinner for a busy night

How you have no cashiers ? You have multiple people in the food area making chicken etc etc but no cashiers . This why y’all losing customers . Myself and 3 other people were waiting and we all walked out due to no service at the register! Y’all need to hire people that want to actually work !
AVOID! I’m not sure if it is just this location, but I bought fries from them 28 hours ago, and put the leftovers in my fridge as I usually do, but when I went to eat them this morning, they were covered with mold. How could they have gone bad so quickly? I am meticulously clean and I have never had food spoil within a day of refrigerating it. I have also never had this happen at the WaWa around the corner from RF—just saying!Their questionable food storage practices aside, this store is relatively clean and easy to navigate, thus the 2 stars. ADDED BONUS: if you’re in need of a Hearing Test, place an order at the kiosk and listen to the bell sound at a pitch only dogs should be able to hear, until the lone employee back there turns it off. I almost guarantee it is an intentional form of torture to drive you permanently away and onto the grounds of their competitors.
