10/10 I have never had a bad experience or bad food or service when I come here. Always on point and never a waste of time or money. A goto spot for me always.

Pad Thai was bland had no taste. Nothing special about it just another noddle dish. Dumplings were made of lamb and mint

I brought 2 Shrimp fried Thai rice. No flavor, very little shrimp, hardly any vegetables and the egg wasn't even chopped up. The lady is usually pretty good but the man that made it was horrible. They have lost my Business 😬 Also tasted like oil.

The good is fine. But the people there are so mean and rude. Especially the girl at cashier. Not mentioning they increased price but changed to smaller box..

Wanted egg rolls. Tai kitchen only had shrimp rolls. I asked the server if agree liked their egg rolls. She said yes. But they only had shrimp rolls. I decided to give that a try. But they were terrible! It was all cabbage which was very peppery. And only two little pieces of shrimp. If I wasn't on my break. I would of gone to satuwon hot wok on route 40

I didn’t even get my chicken, bad service 👎🏿

The ordering process was so confusing. I thought I paid $12 for blackened fish, but I only got some broccoli and noodles. It felt like a scam. They didn’t show me what’s inside before I checked out.
The stuff there didn’t speak English.

Used to be great but they changed their fried shrimp recipe from what it was in the past to something worse recently. Now their fried shrimp tastes minty and they use larger shrimp now too which is not as good. For the price you are paying, there shouldn’t be any corners being cut. Wouldn’t recommend until they go back to the old recipe

They gave me shrimp in my food after I spicifily told them I was allergic and refused to change it or give me a refund absolutely terrible service.

Don't think about it just get it. It is so good and reasonably priced for the portions you get.

I just had an incredibly frustrating experience at Ruby Thai Kitchen in Cristina Mall. I stopped by to pick up food for my son, so I can’t comment on the quality of the food yet, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely disorganized and unprofessional.

After paying for my order, the girl who rang me up left my food on the counter without a word and walked away. When I tried to get her attention to confirm it was mine, she ignored me. I eventually had to reach over the counter to grab my food myself, which was ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

The staff was also shouting at customers without providing clear instructions, making the whole experience chaotic and unpleasant. They really need to work on their customer service and organization. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Or ever!

First time eating here. Ordered the spicy shrimp pad Thai and was immediately satisfied. Was fresh hot and tasty. Looking forward to coming back again!! People complaining about price where can u get anything for 6 dollars anymore? Those days are long over.
