My family and I came to this restaurant yesterday for dinner. When we walked in we stood there for 10 minutes and not one person came to seat us. I had to say to the bartender hello we have been standing here. Finally he sat us. 20 minutes to by and not one person greeted us or came to take our drink order. The waitress walked by several times ignoring us. Finally another group came in a was seated not to far from us when the waiter greeted them with in 5 minutes took their drink order and brought their drinks to the table. All while we still sat there ignored. There was only like 15 people tops in the restaurant. My family got up and walked out and still no one said a word. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be ashamed of the service you didn’t even try to provide. We won’t ever come back.

Good food, Covid influences pricing. Friendly staff. Take out, pick-up available.

Food was ok, but would have been better. The menu was limited. The all you could eat salad turned out to be extra if you wanted chicken.

My son got the rib eye and said it was amazing. I love the chicken and broccoli pasta. The manager was the one to serve us and he was great!

I have been in the business for a long time and it's rare to encounter management that actually goes over and beyond to make guests happy. My family and I ordered food through door dash last week and of course the order was missing items and some of the order not edible. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and was very hungry and of course the food that was messed up and side items missing were mine. Door dash would not refund the amount to me so I called the restaurant directly and got in touch with a well spoken manager named Dylan who went over and beyond to ensure our return. We order from them frequently and the food is always delicious so this was a rare occasion. The next meal we put in he comped. Sometimes chain restaurants can make you feel not important but we will definitely be ordering from here again and again. Thank you to the whole team and especially Dylan!

4 stars only because of the price per food service. If you're going to charge more than the rest of the restaurants at least you gotta something different... food choices, atmosphere, special attention, professional client service. Something... otherwise it's just a place that charges more.

The food was great. I got the sirloin steak and it came out jus th the way I ordered it. The waitress was friendly and always had a smile on her face. If you are in the area you should definitely stop by for a meal.

The Ruby Tuesday's in Bear located near me is an absolutely disgusting place to dine. As someone who has seen things first hand. The cooks are in the back of the restaurant smoking pot, I have first hand heard the general manager telling sexual jokes to the young girls who hostess. I witnessed an employee shooting up in the bathroom and when I told the manager he said he'd handle it and next time I was there that same employee was asleep at a booth. That was awhile ago so I tried again in a few months. Hey ahainy...The food takes 35 minutes to come out and is usually cold. The bartenders seemed swamped with more things then they can handle and are given no help. I will say my pleasant experiences were with Shawn the bartender while he seemed swamped his drinks were excellent and his attitude remained very pleasant while under pressure even though the managers witnessed him busy and remained making jokes and small talk @ the hostess stand. The day bartender (young African American girl) is always rude and in a negative mood. Dan the other bartender we've had was also friendly but slow. We had been waited on by Dillion who left our tables a mess and forgot our appetizers and when food was asked to be heated he claimed he'd handle it and my husband heard him cussing about us as he walked in the kitchen. The staff including management hang towards the back where again I've heard managers make sexual jokes toward their female staff. I'd like corporates number but I've heard from my friends that also doesn't help. Lastly I witnessed the younger Asian manager make a drug deal in the parking lot outside. We only come back because it's close to work for a lunch break or to meet for quick dinner not all experiences were bad as I said Shawn was kind and remaining in good spirits, we enjoyed Erik who we had at one point although he could benefit from a spray after smoking, we quite enjoyed Ally she was on point and we were regulars of hers until we realized she left and we have enjoyed Nasia as well. We don't recommend Erin she was rude to us and other customers and she seemed to be that way to a lot of people there. We keep giving chances because our experiences used to be wonderful but now they keep going down. And if sucks due to the convenience for my husband and I to meet for lunch or right after work for dinner when every other place is slammed
