The Saladworks at Harmony is consistently excellent. Ingredients are always fresh, portions are generous, and everything tastes great. The staff is friendly and efficient, and orders are always made correctly. It’s my go-to spot for a healthy, satisfying meal—highly recommend!

On Friday, I had the worst experience with the evening supervisor. Me and my spouse ordered a southwest salad with two grilled cheese sandwiches. She made my salad and refused to make the two grilled cheese sandwiches. Her main concern at the time was not the customers but closing the store at 9:00pm. However I did not mention we were in the store since 8:40pm waiting on our orders. Horrible customer service. Disrespectful and to Egotistical as an individual. Please be-mindful what time to order your salad. According to regulations and policy SaladWorks is open until 9:00pm est at this location.

I’ve ordered a tuna sandwich from Saladworks before, so I didn’t realize some locations don’t offer it. When I asked, the staff reacted as if it was a strange request instead of simply explaining that it wasn’t available, which felt unprofessional.
I was also asked whether I wanted my sauce heavy or light. I chose heavy, but my bowl was drenched to the point it was more like soup. Heavy sauce should mean generous, not overwhelming. Overall, the customer service and attention to detail were disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

I ordered through GrubHub so I can’t speak towards atmosphere but I often order from Salad Works. They’ve never messed up and order and are sure to include utensils and napkins, which is much appreciated. And of course, the salads are delicious!

I love saladworks and always a returning customer. However, I will not be back to this one. I got off my shift and drove 20 minutes to this saladworks because I wanted it for dinner. Got there at 8:36pm. They close at 9. Doors are locked. There were two workers in there. They look at me then look at each other and start shaking their heads. I knock again for them to open the door since they don’t close til 9. They start talking crap to each other and shaking their heads and look at me like I’m stupid. I will not be back.

There was a worm or a parasite in my ceasar salad, I noticed it after a few bites and I’m so disturbed. Being 6 months pregnant and trying to eat healthy I can’t take these kind risks. I’m disgusted and I would recommend no one to go eat here.
