You guys are really inconsistent with delivery. You do great for a while then you start messing up. Either something is missing or you don’t prepare the order to the way it was customized. I’ll probably lay off ordering for a while because of the errors. Your are screwing over your drivers too because I always tip them well.

I ordered a cheese calzone for delivery…It got to my house so fast that it made me nervous but it wound up being THE best calzone I’ve ever had in my life. As an Italian that grew up in NY working in pizza shops….you can’t get a better compliment than this. The folks running this restaurant are FANTASTIC people that care about serving delicious food and it shows.

We haven’t been to Seasons in a while. I called to place our take out order and was greeted by a very nice young woman. When I went to pick up the food, I only waited about 5 minutes (if that) and I was a little early. The same person who answered the phone greeted me at the register. She was so nice and very accommodating. We ordered three strombolis and a kids pizza. The strombolis were absolute perfection. Probably the best we have ever had! Thank you for the a-mazing food and super kind service. We can’t wait to go back!

On Saturday 10-11 I placed at order at the location on rt 4 and it finally arrives to me and it’s wrong. I then contacted the store and got put on hold twice. I finally reach someone and the girl was extremely rude and not even slightly apologetic for delaying my family and I dinner. When I asked this girl to speak with a manager she “claimed” to be apart of management staff. I got nowhere to oth my issue and eventually just hung up.
The next day on Sunday 10-12 I came into the store to speak with someone who can further help me . Well unfortunately for them the same girl was working. I have had problems with this employee in the past but I could not believe the attitude I received and how dismissive this so called manager was towards a paying customer. I was baffled and this experience was very upsetting. I work at the hospital and order numerous times per week and never ever complain. After this treatment I think moving forward I will be taking my chances elsewhere and encouraging my colleagues to do the same. I cannot give my money to a company who allows their employees and management to handle people in this manor

Seasons Pizza, Salad, & Wings (across and down from Christiana Hosp) is our Go-To for pizza. We've branched out and tried their other menu items and they did not disappoint! Thumbs up to their Spaghetti and Meatballs; Fettucine Alfredo with Broccoli, Fish & Chips, Cheese/Hamburgers, their vast selection of pizzas and toppings with thin or traditional thicker crust, and ELEVEN salads PLUS Build Your Own Salad, and an extensive mouth-watering menu of other meals, appetizers, sandwiches, subs, etc.! The dining room is clean and comfortable, the service is attentive and always friendly (shout out to Jasmine!) There is a roomy take-out area with bench and items to grab and go (sodas and snacks) and a refrigerated case at the register, complete with desserts: tiramisu, rice pudding, slices of pies, etc. Quality menu items, reasonably priced. Sign up to become a rewards member and receive points that add up to savings on future meals, and alerts to special deals on certain days. AND...this location has NO processing fees when you use your credit card!

I did not visit this location. I visited the Midway Plaza Season's on Kirkwood Hwy Newark DE.
Pizza was ok. Barely any cheese, but taste was good. Service not so good; dry & distant. Guess its a job that they really dont enjoy. 2vdifferent females had to wait on me for some reason. Not sure which one was leading by example or maybe they were seeing who could have the driest personality while waiting on customers. I dont eat Season's that often, but.....NEVER AGAIN at Midway Plaza's location!! Not customer friendly.

It’s in a decent area clean overall got a Greek salad and I never had a Greek salad the way they make it so if your grabbing a Greek salad go somewhere else they don’t make it right by farr
