Shake Shack Christiana

My order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered and paid a double shack burger and when I went to eat it, there was only a single patty on my burger. I enjoyed the burger as I always do at Shake Shack, however I was quite disappointed that my burger was not prepared as ordered

During my visit to this Shake Shack location, the food was good. The meat was tender and tasty, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Plenty of seating was available, and you could order and then find a seat to wait. However, the downside was the prolonged service. Sometimes, the wait for a meal or a soft serve could be up to 25 minutes. Despite the slow service, the location was clean, and the staff was very kind.

Dietary restrictions: You order everything from a touch screen where you can easily see allergens and add your dietary restrictions.

Long wait, good burgers!!

Fantastic Service from Rob!

I had a great experience at Shake Shack, thanks to Rob, the manager. I had car issues and missed my order time. He was welcoming, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Rob went above and beyond to make my visit stress-free and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back because of his excellent service!

The inside was clean. The employee working the floor came over to check on us twice and was very friendly and kind. Food order was accurate and tasted good.

I thinks it’s really cool that Delaware has one of those restaurants where the staff is really mean to you! But it’s all an act…right? I’m not sure if the order literally always being wrong or missing something is part of the shtick as well, but they really nail that too here at the Christiana shake shack!

While we were waiting to use the screen ordering system, a lady waved us over. Ordering went great even though she was training someone. I especially liked that the food came to our table. Great burger & shake!!
Oh yeah, a Mgr, I think, came over twice.
