I loved the lady that brought food to our table ,she had such a good attitude and was so helpful .It was very crowded but she made us feel so comfortable and welcomed .She had beautiful glasses and was a middle aged woman.We came Monday the 19th

Overpriced. Spent $43 for a grilled cheese, BLT , fries and 2 milkshakes. Sandwiches were small. Grilled cheese was smashed down to about 1/2 inch. Very disappointed in the food for the price. Milkshakes were good.

My cheeseburger was great! Reminded me of my homemade cheeseburgers. Very tasty! Fries were great, too! The servers there are sweet and make sure the customer-placed online orders are correct. Even have a worker to assist with the kiosks. They have really good milkshakes, as well! Give them a shot.
My order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered and paid a double shack burger and when I went to eat it, there was only a single patty on my burger. I enjoyed the burger as I always do at Shake Shack, however I was quite disappointed that my burger was not prepared as ordered

During my visit to this Shake Shack location, the food was good. The meat was tender and tasty, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Plenty of seating was available, and you could order and then find a seat to wait. However, the downside was the prolonged service. Sometimes, the wait for a meal or a soft serve could be up to 25 minutes. Despite the slow service, the location was clean, and the staff was very kind.
Dietary restrictions: You order everything from a touch screen where you can easily see allergens and add your dietary restrictions.
