pizza crust was insanely thin, thinner than a CRACKER. all of the toppings were completely slid off when i opened the box, cheese and EVERYTHING, exposing the thin burnt crust below. it was really disturbing i dont even know what could have caused it to look like this

Paid $14 online just for them to be closed when we got there (said they were open online and on the website). Tried calling the store numerous times about it the next day but they refused to pick up. Don’t waste your money here like I did.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Me and my partner order a pizza with them through the app and when we arrived to pick it up, they had a paper sign on their window saying they were closing at 4pm. They didn’t even take the time to updates their online orders or website to let people know they were close. I called the establishment multiple times the next day and no answer. JUST terrible go somewhere else please.

Delaware’s Snap Pizza location is the BEST hands down!!! Customer service is superb! My pizza order was ruined by the Doordasher and this store was kind enough to remake my order and redeliver it properly. The tall worker with the grey eyes must be a manager or store lead and he is pure excellence. He makes sure the store looks clean, toppings are stocked, customers are cared for and he wears a warm smile the entire time Main street’s Snap Pizza is 5 Star quality all the way!

Ordered pizza at noon, went to pick up at 12:20pm per app instructions. Walk in and am told not ready yet. No one else in store. Then they realize it is ready, give it to me and it’s cold. Silly me, gave them $5 tip because it’s the day after a holiday. Won’t make this mistake again.

The tomatoes on the pizza tasted like they’ve been bad for WEEKS. I got a stomachache just after eating one slice. Would’ve loved to taste it without the tomatoes because the other ingredients were fairly well cooked…. Though, the taste of the tomatoes overwhelmed every thing and ruined the whole pizza.

I’ve never been inside this location, but somebody used to bring me pizzas from this Snap every now and then while I was working my job across the street ???? The pizza was quite decent, but it was that person bringing me some of her food to share with me during my shift that will make me remember Snap Pizza forever ?❤️? Sometimes businesses like this intertwine with your life deeper than you’d initially think, and I didn’t even step inside this business’ building ? Decent pizza, very personal-sized, makes a great lunch :)
