The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It was a step below frozen pizza. The crust was stale and tasted what I imagine soggy cardboard to taste like. The sauce had the flavor profile of tomatoes ravaged by locusts. The only redeeming part of this pizza was giving me a greater appreciation for Elios frozen pizzas.

This is our go to place for vegan pizza and whole the taste is good, most of the employees are super skimpy on veg toppings with any barely visible toppings on the pizza. They are not cheap for a small pizza and being skimpy on veggies shows their profit only mindset. 2pAbsolutely disappointing and will not be visiting this place anymore.

Been here like 4-5 times. Every time the customer service has been great. Mike is super nice. Best bang for your buck. I mean u can basically pick any toppings u want for $12-13? And it’s delicious like all fresh stuff. They even have vegan cheese, which for my dealthy allergic to dairy bf who’s never really eaten cheese is super cool! He loves it.

pizza crust was insanely thin, thinner than a CRACKER. all of the toppings were completely slid off when i opened the box, cheese and EVERYTHING, exposing the thin burnt crust below. it was really disturbing i dont even know what could have caused it to look like this

Paid $14 online just for them to be closed when we got there (said they were open online and on the website). Tried calling the store numerous times about it the next day but they refused to pick up. Don’t waste your money here like I did.
TERRIBLE!!!!! Me and my partner order a pizza with them through the app and when we arrived to pick it up, they had a paper sign on their window saying they were closing at 4pm. They didn’t even take the time to updates their online orders or website to let people know they were close. I called the establishment multiple times the next day and no answer. JUST terrible go somewhere else please.

Delaware’s Snap Pizza location is the BEST hands down!!! Customer service is superb! My pizza order was ruined by the Doordasher and this store was kind enough to remake my order and redeliver it properly. The tall worker with the grey eyes must be a manager or store lead and he is pure excellence. He makes sure the store looks clean, toppings are stocked, customers are cared for and he wears a warm smile the entire time Main street’s Snap Pizza is 5 Star quality all the way!

Ordered pizza at noon, went to pick up at 12:20pm per app instructions. Walk in and am told not ready yet. No one else in store. Then they realize it is ready, give it to me and it’s cold. Silly me, gave them $5 tip because it’s the day after a holiday. Won’t make this mistake again.
