I tried calling the store & says the number isnt even on service, i dont like how they dont get my order right & on top of that forget my drinks. I come by pretty often on uber , so it has a time limit so i get my drinks but always one missing. cant even call because the phone is not in service. i want a refund

Stopped in during a rest stop early in the morning. The service was ok and the food and drinks were enjoyable. It's a stand alone building, which does mean it looks nicer than the Starbucks you see inside the typical rest stop buildings.

We’ve experienced issues at this location numerous times but decided to give it a try. If anything it was worse than in the past. No one acknowledged me at the register for several minutes. Finally when someone came over, she was kind enough to accept a coupon I had in the app. But then the order was done incorrectly; they made two of the same drink rather than just one with an extra shot. Then I tried to use the restroom. One was absolutely filthy and wet all over the floor with paper towels littered about on the floor and no TP. The other bathroom was occupied for quite some time. Also filthy. Clearly both had not been cleaned in quite some time.

We won’t return.

This location is the antithesis of a coffee shop. It is an abomination that perverts their brand through its existence, symbolic of Starbucks' decline as a third place. An awkward drive-thru lumped on the side of a highway between a food court and a gas station but not walkable from either place.

I visited this location via the drive thru this morning. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru. Jacob was so wonderful! He recommended a drink that was absolutely delicious, he was kind and very helpful! I’ve never had a better experience with a Starbucks employee.
